Waukster Film Fest 2008 Favorites
This year’s Film Festival was just great! The movies that were made by the players really took the entire gaming community by surprise because they were so good. Even the international players from other teams were laughing their hearts out during the Ragnarok fan-made movies. Personally I loved all the film entries - and I agree that Noratu’s Perfect World masterpiece should be 1st place. I just want to share with you guys my other 2 favorites. Edwin’s and Diwa’s “Hindi Ako Botter” and Precious Jewel’s “Ascension”. I’ve searched for their entries on Youtube and I’m reposting them here today so that those who haven’t seen them yet can watch.

Let me just give special attention to Precious Jewel’s entry. While you weren’t able to reach the top 3, I just want you to know that I loved your entry and I enjoyed it so much! Please do continue making movies like that if you can!

Precious’ video didn’t win, aw. But then again, it was sooooo good. Hope she wasn’t discouraged to try again next year.

she wasn’t discouraged even a bit. her real purpose in making that video is so that she can please everybody, the prize was only secondary to her goal. hearing everyone else’s reaction to important parts of her story was a good enough reward for her.

pa OT nman po…bakit naman po walang freebies for Ragnarok Online… dapat sana meron khit ano lng… para nman di sayang punta namin..alam nyo nman malaking halaga na sa aming mga players yun.. pero bkit ganun..prang napaka unfair , only for flyff perfect world and freestyle ang ang free in game item bakit kmi wala /wah

Precious Jewel’s “Ascension” is still superior in terms of story, visual appeal and filmaking technique than “Test of Courage”. Take a look for yorselves.
