One of the most anticipated movies for this year will finally be shown on movie theaters worldwide this week. On Friday, we’ll be able to “watch” the Watchmen on the big screen. I’ve read the graphic novel and I’m really interested how the people behind this movie will be able to translate such a complex and hardcore comic book into a full blown movie. I’ve embedded one of the character clip trailers that they did to promote Watchmen and you can watch it after the jump. You’ll get a glimpse of one of the characters you’ll meet in the movie (if you haven’t read the comic yet).

a comic book film adaptation from dc comics? hmmmm d ata alam ng karamihan ng mga pinoys tong comic na ito.. may be a few comicbook geeks out there.. i doubt it will be a big hit for pinoys.. mdyo oks ala-super hero team ang dating, may mga unting cool costumes.. sana maganda storylines.. ^_____^

I recently viewed the watchmen motion comic, 12 chapters. It’s a very dark story about masked vigilantes or heroes, only Mr. Manhattan (the blue naked guy, no not smurf) has actual powers. Maybe that’s why theirs more of him in the trailers. I don’t wanna spoil it for everyone, go see it. It’s a good movie. Who watches the watchmen? .=)
