Two weeks ago, Brazil Ragnarok Online (hosted by Level Up Games) got a terrible bug where almost 80% of active accounts on the most populated server (monthly-fee based server) got their zenny totally wipped. Brazil Level Up Games said it was Gravity's fault because of a new Trial Account and Novice Land Patch, about max level capped at 30, maximum zenny capped at 50.000z, account bound starter items and a few more stuff. I wonder why do we a have a Sakray Test Server on every Official Ragnarok Server, doesn't they actually stress-test the new stuff before install them at commercial servers???
