When Transformers 2 was announced by Michael Bay, people already speculated that we would see one of the most infamous Decepticon come to life – Devastator. Yes, he’s the big robot made up of 7 other robots called the Constructicons. The most asked question about Transformers 2 would probably be “What the hell does Devastator look like?”. Well, we finally have an answer. I found this from my favorite movie blog, Slash Film. Check out the concept art of Transformers 2 Devastator, which was released by ACToys, after the jump.
He looks kinda weird don’t you think? I don’t like how they made him look so colorful in this version. The screaming fiery green face doesn’t really impress me too much. I preferred the violet green and very metallic Devastator (with the shades) that was in the cartoons. He should really look more like this:

baka nman kasi parang beginning ng transformers storyline kaya ganyan siguro itsura. Like sa transformers 1 si megatron, diba dapat baril yun ni starscream wakokoko

the pose is stupid, it doesnt showcase his size, thats whats wrong with the 1st picture. the 2nd picture doesnt showcase all the moving bits and pieces inside the transformers popularized by the first movie.
and besides, wasn’t devastator the tank that the marines and bumblebee demolished in the first film? how many devastators do they wanna put into this storyline?

—The tank in the first film was BRAWL. There was a mistake in the editing.

parang d naman yata bagay kong parang sa cartoons rin yung hitsura ni devastator sa T2, tsaka ok rin yung ibat ibang colors kasi nga hindi lnag isang robot si devastator kundi 7 robots, yung pose lang nya ang nde ok kac d talaga nakikita ang laki nya…
