Street Fighter 4 Launch Revealed
One of the most anticipated fighting game sequels finally has a launch date! CAPCOM’s franchise title, Street Fighter 4, is set to debut in arcades in July, according to an article posted in Hadouken Online. What’s even better news is that more and more of the old cast of fighters will be available! We already know that Dhalsim, Blanka, Guile, and Chun-li are in. But now we can also confirm that Zangief, Sagat, and M.Bison (Boxer) are also included in the list! In fact, let me share you guys a video of Sagat taking on the Siberian wrestling monster - Zangief!
SAGAT VS ZANGIEF
It’s really nostalgic seeing Zangief doing the spinning piledriver again!
Sadly, there’s now news yet on when we’ll see SF4 on consoles. Hopefully it will be available on the XBOX 360 and the PS3 so more people will be able to enjoy it. Here’s the exact quote from the article:
The bad news is that the initial launch will be Japan only with arcades ordering both the Street Fighter IV game board and its Taito VEWLIX cabinet receiving their delivery in late July. Arcades ordering just the game board will have to wait until mid-August. Again, this is for Japan only and Capcom has made no indication as to when Street Fighter IV will arrive on North American shores, nor have they made any mention of a launch date on the PS3 or Xbox 360.
