Smoking, Chiz Escudero, Lung Cancer, and Ragnarok 2

I know a lot of people who’ve lost loved ones due to lung cancer. This disease is the cause of more than 1.3 million deaths per year. It’s really serious and it’s getting out of hand. 90% of all people who are inflicted with Lung Cancer are smokers. I’m posting this here today because we’re going to run a No Smoking campaign in the internet cafes. We’re currently having a No Smoking sign being produced and we’re going to roll it out to all the internet cafes in the country. Hopefully the message reaches all the gamers out there who are smokers.

  1. this is a great campaign (and a brave one!)
    i really hate it when i play in i-cafe’s and go home stinking like an ashtray (since I don’t smoke)

    hope to see these signs soon


  2. Dapat kamo may smoking ban like here in London. Tapos hindi binibentahan ng yosi yung mga under 18. You need an ID to confirm that you’re 18. I know this because I smoke.


  3. They should have a campaign in my school T-T Heh, outside the school, there are other students [Male AND FEMALE!] smokes, and it’s pretty annoying. The principal tried to talk to the store near the school who is vending cigars, but they just said something about their “kita” or whatever. Mas pinapahalagahan pa nila ung magiging kita nila kaysa sa kaligtasan nung mga estudyante!? Sucks…big time.


  4. Hehe, internet cafe tpos may bentahan ng cigars sa loob ~.~ Kainis, pero ayos lng dun sa mga ibang naglalaro :O

  8. Sir wauks.. Pwede ba i send mo sa kin yung poster?? Lagay ko lang dito sa cafe ng Cousin ko na newly opened, di pa registered eh, at saka dami smoker, pangit mag laro… New Cafe pow.. Nasusuka ako pag nag dodota ako tuwing umaga at may lumapit sakin na smoker at kinausap ako..


  9. Great campaign, considering the fact that a large percentage of gamers are also smokers. I used to smoke too. Good thing nahinto ko. Bigla ko nalang naisip na wala akong mapapala sa pagssmoke eh.

    I HATE SMOKERS!
    especially ung mga nagsmoke ng mga illegal herbs… hehe
    Simula pagkabata tinuruan na akong d magsmoke kasi may hika ako…. hehe
    khit wala akong hika d parin ako magsmoke kaya
    LAHAT NG SMOKERS ANU BA REASON NIYU PARA MAGSMOKE?
