SMART BRO Users - Need Your IP Address
I’ve received several reports on how SMART BRO users can’t seem to access Level Up websites and any of our games for almost 3 days running. I’ve talked to our IT Head and Chief Operating Officer and they’ve already begun coordinating with SMART BRO. They also asked me to get the IP Address of SMART BRO users having problems so they can do a better investigation. If you’re a SMART BRO user and you can’t connect to the game or our websites, please enter this URL in your browser to get your IP Address - www.whatismyip.com. Once you get it, please leave a comment below with your IP address. I’ll forward it to our IT team after I get a good sample size.
Thanks for patiently waiting for the resolution of this issue. Hopefully we can resolve it as soon as possible.

Here is my smartbro IP address. I cannot connect to mylevelup, levelup support as well as in the game server for three days now. It’s 1.5x exp but I can not utilize gaming time in my newly topped up accounts. Hope you fix the problem soon. Thanks.

Hi guys. Just a quick update - we’ve already escalated it to our Tech Team and SMART BRO. If you can, please help us speed up the process by calling their customer support and telling them that you can’t connect to our games. The problem is with SMART BRO and not LU so we need all of you to keep on badgering them till they fix it. While you’re doing that, we’ll continue talking to their management.

sir wauks tumawag napo ako sa hotline ng LU sabi sa akin LU daw may problema wait nalang daw ako sa next server maintenance baka gumana na daw, sabi daw meron talaga times na mag log-in server failure ang RF at maayos lang daw after server maintenance every tuesday, galing na mismo sa tauhan nyo yun. As for smartbro i called them up also wala naman daw problema sa system nila kasi kung may sira daw eh sana lahat ng website di namin mapasok. Nalilito na kami kung sinu ang may problema. Tska po may ibang smart user naman na nakaka pasok.

guys gumamit kasi kau ng ibang ISP para malaman nyo na di sa Level up ang problem, like saakin pag gumamit ako ng smartbro di ako mka connect kahit sa mylevelup mismo di mka log-in pero pag gumamit ako ng ibang ISP exp. “Blast” gumagana naman mga games ng levelup ng wala problem… so meaning smartbro talaga may problem

yun nga eh. ang di natin alam kung sinu ang nag block? yung MYLU ba or ang SMARTBRO. galing po talaga sa MYLU personael ang sabi nya na ganun talaga pag LOG-IN CONNECTION FAILURE ang problem, wait nalang daw muna ako next server maintenance they will fix it.. from MYLU personal na yan ha babae po yung nakasagot sa akin.

Di pala nawala post ko, naiba lang ng pwesto. Waa, bakit ganun??? Sir Wauks, sino ba talaga may problem? Kasi nung Wednesday night after ng maintenance nakapaglaro pa ko. Hey guys, another update. Our management team is now talking with PLDT directly to check the ISP lines. At this point it doesn’t matter anymore who’s fault is it. What’s important is both companies are talking to resolve this at the soonest possible time. Will keep you updated if there are any developments.

wag kayo mag papaniwala sa smart, ganyan naman sila lagi eh pagod na pagod nako sa bulok na serbisyo nila, mahilig sila mag pa troubleshoot, at mag turo sa kung sino sino… di lang itong case na to naging problem ko sa smart pati sa slow speed nila dahil sa bulok na base station nila, kung sa lvl up ang problem bakit wala problem ibang ISP’s connecting to all games ng level up… pero ang smartbro lang ang ganito…

Hello smartbro, this is the nth time I would raise this issue.
You are blocking 95 % of the websites!! We can not effectively use your service.
Please give us credit. You can’t just take money off people and provide lousy service. That is not good business practice.
I have emailed you August 13, text Smart Support many times too at # 0918 500 3000.
I have also visited your office in Robinsons Galleria last week but the your service worsened and nobody bothered to call us to tell us how to fix it.
What’s going on? If you can not provide service then stop advertising it. You are cheating the people.

Hello sir and fellow gamers.
I was playing Grand Chase and RF earlier this morning. But at around 4:30 i suddenly got disconnected. When I try to restart the game, all I get to see is the patch attempting to load the client. After a few seconds nothing happens. I can’t access any website related to levelupgames as well. I’ve had this connection for more than a year now and this is the 1st time this happened. Please help me out with this.

Nawala connection ng mga Smartbro users kaninang madaling araw at exactly 4:00 a.m. Till now wala pa din. May ginagawa pa ba action ang lvlup team? Nakakasawa tumawag sa CS ng lvlup at smartbro.
