SMART BRO Connection Feedback
Hey there everyone. I just got back from our 2-day team building session. I’ll write about that in a separate post. For now, I’d just like to focus on the SMART BRO Connectivity issue. According to our reports, it should be fixed now. However, before I need you guys to confirm this if you can now connect to our games with a SMART BRO ISP. If you had problems connecting before, please try it again this weekend and leave a comment here if it works or if it doesn’t.
I’ll be posting more tomorrow (Saturday). I hope you guys enjoyed the last three posts on the latest mobile phones announced by Sony Ericsson, Nokia, and ChinaKing. Have a good weekend people!

sino may problema kung bakit hindi kami maka-connect? smart or LU?
wala po ba compensation kung sakali LU ang dahilan??

kasi nagload ako ng 100 for 1 week sa RO. nagload ako ng wednesday ng gabi tapos hindi ako makaconnect nung thursday. tapos nagkaroon na kami ng connection nung lunes na gabi. hindi ko nasulit yung load.

Hi.. I have had problems with Smart bro, both the connection and the customer support. Wrote a blog about it at the same time did some checking to see if other people were having similar problems and lo and behold.. a lot of them.. you can read their comments on this post…

okay na naman po connection ko. :) pero buti na lang di ako nagload, kung hindi nasayang din lang. wala po ba compensation yun?

ragna starts up alot faster now but… from time 5pm~11pm. it lags like every 2 mins … it was a big imprvment from before when i couldnt even start the game guard… hope dis gets resolved

Simula nang maglaro ako ng PRO mabilis nman connection sa smartbro, walang lag at hndi nman ako gaanong nag ssearch sa internet or nagddown load. Bago po PC ko and pang highend po na pang gaming ang pina assemble ko.
But nung pagpasok ang Ep. 16 Veins medyo bumagal na connection sa PRO pero mabilis nman sya kpag nag internet ako.
Nakakapag laro nman ako sa PRO ang prob. masyadong lag.
Pina reformat ko na rin po ang PC ko na baka kc nagkaroon ng virus and pina check ko na rin sa technical personnel ng smartbro yung connection ko wala nman prob. Lag pa rin po ang kinalabasan!
Try kong i-check sa site ng speedtest.net yung download ko is 438kbps tpos upload 310kbps. Dont know if its accurate.
Ang hirap kc maglaro lalo na kung siege na palagi disconnect time gap daw or hndi na tlga sya gumagalaw.
Ewan ko lng kung yung mga ibang smartbro user eh ganito rin na experience.
Paki check na lng po kung san may prob. Thnx!

Eerrr.. ayaw n nmn po.. yes, nagawa po xa last wednesday, but ni2ng Monday lng, around 5:00pm. nag reboot lng ako ng pc then ayaw nya n po ulit mg startgame. Same as the problem I encountered last week. Pls do something about it. Thanks!

ayus na ba connection smart bro wifi tae kasi wala pa kami internet d makaconnect sa DNS server nagrerent lang 2loy ako malas tae!!

cnu po ba nag may problema smart o level up?… prang level up kc ang mas may hidden agenda d2 eh ewan ko lng ah. may kinalaman n nmn cguro ang mga bot d2 bka kc nahihirapan cla i block ang IP ng mga bot users pag smart bro user ka kaya smart bro users lng nahihirapan sa pag connect sa game saka hirap pati mag patch. lagi error nkailang reinstall nko ganun prin… hay naku nmn… sana magsara nlng cla.

Smart bro have been like this for innumerable times already and still was unable to fix this problem. I am not sure who is to blame, level up or smart bro. In my case, I cannot connect to the level up site and neither does the launcher for Perfect World.Fix it please immediately or else will be switching to more reliable internet providers.Thanks in advance.
