Due to the massive success of the last upgrading in-game event, the Ragnarok GM Team together with the Community Managers have come up with another one that will help you get better items at more affordable costs. Here are the complete mechanics as posted in the Philippine Ragnarok Online website:

Shayla’s Summer Headgear Mission!

Once in a while, Succubus Shayla gathers special head gears that she finds interesting for her collection. This time around, she wanted to be able to make and contribute a headgear idea to the Midgard Community. She aims to come up with a headgear that is something bright, hot and cute at the same time. To put her dream into reality, she needs as much headgear as possible that’s something hot, bright and cute that she may use for her experiment.

How to Join

For Baldur, Freya, Tyr and Urdr:
1. Upgrade a Shining Electric Hairband to +8, +9 or +10 during the duration of the event.
2. After completing the requirements the player may now trade the over upgraded Shining Electric hairband for a +9 Randgris Helm ++ depending on the upgrade level of your headgear.
3. Trading will take place on Wednesday, April 9, 2008 from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM. PLEASE WEAR YOUR OVER UPGRADED SHINING ELECTRIC HAIRBAND.
4. Player may trade 2 or more over upgraded Shining Electric Hairbands.
5. Here is a more detailed breakdown of the trade off

· Player gives +8 Shining Electric Hairband and Shayla will exchange for a +9 Randgris Helm.
· Player gives +9 Shining Electric Hairband and Shayla will exchange for a +9 Randgris Helm PLUS a Valkyrie Feather Band
· Player gives +10 Shining Electric Hairband and Shayla will exchange for a +9 Randgris Helm PLUS a +7 Valkyrie Feather Band

For Valkyrie & Valhalla:
1. Upgrade a Drooping Nine Tail to +8, +9 or +10 during the duration of the event.
2. After completing the requirements the player may now trade the over upgraded Drooping Nine Tail for a +9 Randgris Helm ++ depending on the upgrade level of your headgear.
3. Trading will take place on Tuesday, April 8, 2008 from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM. PLEASE WEAR YOUR OVER UPGRADED DROOPING NINETAIL.
4. Player may trade 2 or more over upgraded Shining Electric Hairbands.
5. Here is a more detailed breakdown of the trade off

· Player gives +8 Drooping Nine Tail and Shayla will exchange for a +9 Randgris Helm. PLUS a Chinese Crown
· Player gives +9 Drooping Nine Tail and Shayla will exchange for a +9 Randgris Helm PLUS a +5 Chinese Crown
· Player gives +10 Drooping Nine Tail and Shayla will exchange for a +9 Randgris Helm PLUS a +7 Chinese Crown

Trading
1. Line up in front of the Kafra Employee in Juno (153, 187 , middle of Juno City) from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Tuesday, April 8, 2008 (for Valkyrie and Valhalla) and 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Wednesday, April 9, 2008 (for Baldur, Freya, Tyr, Urdr).

2. Wait to be summoned, give your over upgraded headgear requirement for the Over Upgraded +9 Randgris Helm ++ depending on the upgrade level of your headgear.
3. Players who delay the trading process by not properly following the trading procedure will be sanctioned with a 2 day chat ban (48 Hours).
4. Players who do not give the correct item (upgraded headgear requirement) during the awarding procedure will be sanctioned with a 2 day chat ban (48 Hours).
5. Awarding of the prizes will be on the spot, via Trading.

*Summoning and Trading will only occur from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Tuesday, April 8, 2008 (for Valkyrie and Valhalla) and 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Wednesday, April 9, 2008 (for Baldur, Freya, Tyr, Urdr). If you don’t make it on time you’re entry will no longer be entertained.
** If the event is interrupted by an application issue (map crash, emergency maintenance etc.), the GMs will announce the new location for the trading and the trading time will be adjusted accordingly.
