For the first part of the semi-finals, we faced off against Korea. Riding on their homecourt advantage and very unique strategy, Korea took out Team Philippines 2-0. The first match was very explosive and Team Philippines kicked things off by launching an Extremity Fist against the Professor of Korea. However the Paladin was quickly able to recover and saved the day with Devotion. Korea’s Champion then took out the Champion of Philippines with an Extremity Fist of his own combined with the Soul Destroyer of their Assassin Cross. Korea proceeded to pick off the members of Team PH afterwards. The second match was a close call for Korea, as Team Philippines bounced back and was able to stave off their aggressive assault. Extremity Fists flew left and right but at the end of the day, the Assassin Cross of Korea made the difference as he was able to take out Team PH’s Priest with a series of quick Soul Destroyers powered by their Minstrel’s Bragi’s Poem. Thailand, on the other hand, defeated Germany to secure their duel against Korea to determine the Ragnarok World Champion. The day wasn’t over yet though for Team PH because they battled Germany to determine who gets third place! Watch Team PH’s fight against Korea after the jump!
