Resident Evil: Extinction Movie
Resident Evil is a prime example of a video game that was able to gather a massive cult following which eventually propelled it on to the big screen. I wasn’t actually able to play the game but based from the feedback I got from my friends, I might end up actually playing it from the very first game. It’s always fun to blow up zombies and monsters with big guns, hehe. Based from the trailer which I was able to watch, Resident Evil: Extinction definitely be action packed. I really don’t get the story but it looks like that the world was taken over by zombies and there’s like one person who wants to blow ‘em all up, Lol.

im a fan of RE ever since the first installment of the video game for the PS. i tell you wauks u should play the game. it has an interesting storyline of a virus breaking out of umbrella corporation that turns people into zombies. literally almost all people have been infected and only a few have survived and have armed themselves with ammunition just to survive the seemingly endless wave of undead.
with the video game story line, RE 1, 2 and 3 are related in the sense that different survivors came from different parts of Racoon City. RE 4 is a different storyline though and is not set on Racoon City anymore (as RE3 saw the destruction of RC) and is set somewhere in Europe, probably in a fictional place in Spain. RE5 what im waiting for. There are also other different editions of the game in specific consoles like Code: Veronica which i haven’t played.
If you want to play it from the very beginning, there is always the solution of playing it in your pc through an emulator. ^^
I used to play it in the middle of the night when everybody except me was asleep and i don’t have any lights in my room except for the tv haha. That’s the same thing i did with a similar horror-survival game fave of mine — Silent Hill.

I like RE not just because of blowing zombies up but also the gameplay it offers. It’s not just a shoot and kill game. There are lots of puzzles to be solved to get through. Each passing RE game are more complex than the previous one. In RE4 you can actually upgrade your weapon. And the bosses are great! But im not saying that RE1 is just an ordinary compared to the latest. Actually it is the most challenging of all RE version coz in RE1 there are only few ammunition that you pick up so you have to reserve your bullet unlike in RE4 you can go trigger happy. Overall, it is great to see one of the greatest game I played goes on the big screen not just once not just twice but thrice already! ^_^

yeah there are pc versions but in case you don’t wanna install it, the PS emulator (and other emulators) is a good substitute. RE4’s gameplay is different than 1-3, although some of the known items and signature themes from 1-3 is still in 4 (like saving through a typewriter). Resident Evil is the primary name for it but if ever you come across ‘Biohazard’ (alternate name for RE), it’s the same game. What i have on the pc is Biohazard 4 (pc version).

ei wakus if your watching RE Extinction movie, watch first the RE 1, and RE2. you might get the story line. . .

Am a big fan of Resident Evil, I watched the movie (RE: Extinction) yesterday, and I guarantee you that it’s worth the money ^_^
