Ragnarok WoE: 2nd Edition April 23, 2008!
Like what I said in my previous post, we’re having a major update on April 23, 2008. Yep - that’s this coming Wednesday. Not only will we be patching the Order of Odin Premium Service, we will also be patching the War of Emperium: 2nd Edition, AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. This was originally included in the 11.3: Nameless patch but we were able to convince Gravity to give it to us sooner.
We already launched the microsite of WoE: 2nd Edition last Friday. You can visit the site for more details and information on how you can participate on the new siege feature of Philippine Ragnarok Online. To go to the WoE: 2nd Edition Website, CLICK HERE.
By the way, it would be nice if you guys checked out the logo on the lower right part of the WoE: 2nd Edition Website. That’s the reason why it’s taking us so long to announce RPC 2008. *wink*

From the WOE SE (http://ragnarok.levelupgames.ph/woe2/) site it says:

but from the announcement at the ragnarok website it says:
P2P Servers:
WOE1 and WOE2 = Tuesdays & Thursdays 8pm-10pm, Sundays (4-6 pm)

Which one is correct? Will P2P servers have woe on T/TH/S or T/W/S?
Furthermore, why have WOE 2.0 schedules the same as WOE 1?
Why can’t WOE2.0 be done apart from WOE 1? I think if you consult the community majority would
agree that WOE 2.0 having a different schedule is definitely the way to go.
With the current population of the servers WOE 1 already has a lot of Free For All (FFA) agits already.
Having 10 more additional castles does not contribute to the fun of WOE. Having WOE1 and WOE2 on different schedules though would mean more attendance and more fun!

Trend Micro hit by massive Web hack
The JavaScript attack code hosted on these infected Web sites takes advantage of bugs that have already been patched, so users whose software is up-to-date are not at risk. However, McAfee warns that some of the exploits are for obscure programs such as ActiveX controls for online games, which users may not think to patch.
If the code is successful, it then installs a password-stealing program on the victim’s computer that looks for passwords for a number of online games, including the Ragnarok Online.
It’s embarrassing when security vendors fall victim to the attacks they are supposed to prevent, but Trend Micro is not the only company to have had its Web site hacked in recent months. In January, parts of CA’s Web site were infected with a very similar type of attack.

sir wauks… sabay ba talaga sced ng woe 1 and 2? hindi ba mas ok kung iaalternate yung pagactivate ng woe maps? kasi as is, sobrang konti na ng tao, hirap na magkahanapan ng mga kalaban, pag dinagdagan pa ng 10 more agits, mas lalong hihirap yun, pag alternate, at least mas maeenjoy ng mga players ang siege…. suggestion lang naman po, sablay po kasi talaga yung sabay e… sobrang sablay…

OT: yung mobile redemption website nyo hinde ata nag wowork kasi kahit naka link na yung MyLU account namin sa gamer sim..invalid parin nakalagay sa website.

kaya nga ang dami ng may v.set eh….
at kung sa valkyrie k naglalaro hmmm ung valkyrie rangris kaya na pero ung ifrit sa tingin ko wala p nakakakill don :D
