Ragnarok: Wild Card EXTENDED

We’ve recieved several reports that there’s problem with the Ragnarok Philippine Championship Wild Card Nomination. GM Jibrelle, together with the Community Managers, have been working closely with the IT department to confirm this. I’m happy to announce the the problems were already fixed. All voting that was done and that didn’t reflect starting last Thursday should be awarded by now. The nomination period will also be extended until tomorrow, August 14, 2007. The Wild Card Nomination period will be extended to August 14 (Tuesday) till 3:00 PM due to technical issues that has risen last Sunday. Will your guild be at the RPC ’07 Server Finals? Vote and Support your guild now! Check out the Voting Page now.

EDIT: I just heard that the problems seems to have been there since last week. I’ll confirm with IT and update this post afterwards.

  3. See edits above. I received a few e-mails saying that the problem has been there even before this weekend.

    If ever you guys had voting problems prior to the said dates, can you help me out by sending tickets so we have concrete samples. Kindly include the time and deno that you topped-up as well as which guild you voted for.


  4. Edit 2: Correction - lost points since Thursday have been awarded. That’s the oldest recorded incident of the Wild Card problem.


  5. ano ba yan sir wauks! i checked the voting site and found that our votes were cut 75% from when i last saw it! from 2 thousand to 500???


  6. mr wauks, i just learned about the new compensation for people who lost their items. i know it is rather off topic but i can’t seem to get your attention about my case. you see, what i lost was a card won from LUG auction and it was probably attached to a duped +10 shoes [1]

    it would be unfair for me to be compensated poorly for an item that was spent on 18k+ pesos in load just to be won and end up as nothing. i hate to say this but the customer support is so robotic, as if they never read the ticket’s content and i am fraustrated that an automated letter told me off. this is regarding ticket: HT66C. if you could just spare me this small inquiry - an automated answer was sent to me but it was OFF TOPIC. it did not discuss anything about my lost items. T_T
