Ragnarok Valkyrie Server - Steel Flower (R) & Elven Ears (R)
Ragnarok Valkyrie launches this Wednesday, October 10, 2007! I’m still amazed that we’re on the verge of launching something like this. As most of you know by now, the server is Free-to-Play, PK-Enabled, and it will have the Armory of the Gods (Item Mall). I’ve already given you guys a teaser on the stuff you can buy and what are the prices. Today, I’ll give everyone more information on expiration-based equipment. In the previous list, there were two items there that caught the community’s attention - Steel Flower and Elven Ears. Both were priced at 20 PHP.
Both of this items are actually rental-based. More details after the jump.
This is an experimental model for Philippine Ragnarok Online. This was originally done in Japan by Gung Ho (Japan RO Publisher). We didn’t implement this in the commercial servers because doing so in old servers might crash the economy. Since this is a new server, we’re going to try this out. Here are the item stats:
Elven Ears (Rental)
- A fashion accessory that gives ears that vaunted, elvish look. For some, it is an incredible turn-on.
- INT + 1
- Lasts for 7 DaysSteel Flower (Rental)
- Small flower made of Steel.
- Has a low chance to cast Recovery Lv.1 when the wearer receives physical damage.
- Lasts for 7 Days
The items will basically disappear from your inventory after seven days. They’re character-locked which means you can’t trade, vend, drop, or sell them. While they maybe only temporary, they’re much easier on the wallet. If you just need ‘em or you just want to try them out, at least you won’t be paying a lot for it.
Lastly, let me apologize for saying that this wasn’t suppossed to be on the list. I was corrected by the Ragnarok Team earlier this afternoon. My bad. ^^;

may recovery sa sage e ung skill nya na mag cast ng random skill…
recovery is restores your hp/sp to full…

No, the Elven Ears aren’t slotted. It says Elven Ears®, it’s a rental item.

If you guys are just experimenting on that, why not try it 1st on a test server rather than in Valkyrie Server. :ok:

@Wauks: I saw the list before the ragnainfo (under their updates section) fansite shut down (yeah also saw the super saiyan HG there too)… the great doddler did however list up a compilation of item mall items and i recognized some, but i think it didn’t list all url is http://rode.doddlercon.com/db/kafrashop/view_kafrashop.php
