As promised, this is the second Ragnarok Valkyrie FAQ. I’ve compiled the most popular questions asked in the comments section as well as the hot topics at the Ragnaboards. I’ll be doing this one more time so if you have a question and it’s not yet answered, feel free to post a comment. I’ll compile the questions again and maybe post Ragnarok Valkyrie FAQ III on Wednesday during maintenance. Among the questions that I’ll answer today include the Bot Issue and the Installer. The answers are actually pretty simple and direct-to-the-point.

How do I get the installer for Valkyrie?
If you already have Ragnarok installed on your PC, all you have to do is download a 5MB file which we will be uploading and posting on the forums and website soon. If you don’t have an installer, you can try asking for a copy from your favorite internet cafe or you can download it online through mirror sites that we will be putting up in time for Valkyrie’s launch. If you can’t find an installer and you really want one, you can also drop by the Level-up! office and buy one for 50 bucks.
What can I buy with Zenny if a lot of stuff will be sold in the HyperMart?
Like what I said in my previous FAQ, not all rares will be sold through the HyperMart. We will only be selling the bare basics and essentials. Zenny will also play a crucial role in your adventures in Midgard because the zenny refine fee for upgrading will be increased in Valkyrie. It’s not as cheap as the regular servers wherein you don’t even feel the fee anymore. There will also be new NPC-based quests and events which will require zenny.
Is the Valkyrie Server Bot-Free?
Seriously, we can’t even get Gravity to make Thor bot free. Unless Gravity fixes the problem in Thor, we will be relying on you – the players to police your own ranks. Since a lot of maps are PK-enabled, you can really do a number on the bots by killing them again, again, and again. If Gravity and Game Guard finally come through and give us secruity measures that will block bots, Thor will be the first server to get it applied. Valkyire will follow.
What is the Armory of the Gods?
It’s the name we gave the item mall for Ragnarok Valkyrie. In Valkyrie, you will be able to buy basic cards, slotted equipment, potions, buff scrolls, bullets, arrows, Emperiums, metals, and the premium gear which we sold through the Ragnarok HyperMart. Prices vary but the average card price is somewhere around 50-100 PHP. Of course there are some cards which are priced at a premium. Take note that these purchases are PERMANENT. They are not EXPIRY. When you buy it, it is yours FOREVER.

Wauks, 7 days nalang bago nyo release yung Valkyrie, baka naman pwedeng ilabas nyo na yung mga available sa “Armory of Gods” para naman mapagipunan at mapagplanuhan ng mga players yung bibilhin nila. Tsaka, oo nga, sana yung RoK Points gawin nalang katulad sa Pera, kunwari 1k pesos = 1k Rok Points. Tsaka sana po wag abusuhin yung mga ilalagay nyo sa Armory of Gods =’(.

Sir Wauks..pde pakiliwanag yung part kung panu mag dodownload ng valkyrie online???pde bang ibigay mo na lgn yung site na dodownloadan ng valkyrie para bago magka valkyrie naka download na kami…tapos magkano nmn yung 50 bucks amf..convert nmn sa peso…punta pa kami ng makati?paki liwanag na lng po kung anung site yung link na pag dodownloadan ko ng valyrie..thnx GM

Sir wauks can you include in the Valkyrie Faq III the list of items and equips which monsters regularly drop on normal servers but won’t be dropped in the Valkyrie server and will be sold in the item mall instead.. plss…. so that we won’t waste our time hunting for those items not knowing that monster won’t drop them..

I think it would be much more better if Gravity would bring back the safety limit but prevent ALL upgrade stones from dropping (purchase it from cash seller instead using rok pts). You will most likely have to adjust prices for items and stones accordingly…at least gaganahan naman kaming mga players na gumastos for upgrades and kikita ang LUG at the same time.

You don’t have to worry about other bots.
Because of Valkyrie’s Item Mall, Armory of Gods or Mall System, players actually buy nice equips and cards. Allowing them to go to PK maps and pawn bots. Yeah, for them its fun, its like what i do. Only thing is some maps can’t serve to be a PK map cause its where newbi’s level.
Suggestion lng, try transfering other monsters to maps where bots would pass and where PK players stay. ung papuntang Glast Heim, Wild Rose ang habol nila dun, take it off, transfer sa ibang maps lng. Just a suggestion.xD

nag donwload po ako ng full client sa uTorrent, pero after mag download eh wala naman ako makita sa folder na .EXE file or yung pang download ng RO Valkyrie, ang meron lang po dun eh yung Patch Client agad…yun na po ba yun? yung Valkyrie icon (Ragnarok MFC, file version 1.0.0.1, 148KB)
feeling ko kasi pag nag close ako ng PC eh mag start ulit sa pag download from zero yung patch client…
meron mga Valexe, ThorExe, sakexe,etc Pero hindi sila gumagana…error button lumalabas…
