Ragnarok: 4th Year Anniversary Top-up Promo

It’s been a while since Level-up Games did a top-up promotion for Ragnarok Online. I’m sure most of you remember the monthly free headgear that we did a few months ago. One of my last acts as the Brand Manager for Ragnarok was this project - the Ragnarok 4th Year Anniversary Top-up Promo. It was conceptualized together with Wintertsuki (Community Manager) and the rest of the pRO Game Moderators. The mechanics are simple - you top-up and we give you more value for your money by giving your special Ragnarok Gift Boxes. The number of boxes you recieve increase based on the value of the top-up.

What do you get from the box? Well, it’s actually an Old Blue Box with a major twist - it can also give you Vesper Cores and other rare items like the coveted Valkyrie Armors. Don’t get your hopes up though and spend like a gazillion pesos. The drop rate for the Cores and Valkyrie Armors are really low and you’d better just take this promo as a bonus and not something that you can exploit.

How to redeem items

1. If you converted credits before the prize claim cut-off time (3:00PM) you can claim your prize in-game through the Cool Event NPC, Torsen located at Alberta (148, 60) within the day.

Ex. Carlo converted 500 game time at 8:30AM on August 15. Carlo can get his pRO Anniversary Gift Boxes from Torsen anytime after 6:00 PM on August 15.

2. If you converted credits after the prize claim cut-off time (3:00PM) you can claim your prize in-game through the Cool Event NPC, Torsen located at Alberta (148, 60) anytime after 6:00 PM the next day.

Ex. Carlo converted 500 game time at 4:00PM on August 15. Carlo can get his pRO Anniversary Gift Boxes from Torsen anytime after 6:00PM on August 16.

3. A confirmation message will appear in your MyLU inbox

Reminders
• Only credit conversion of 100, 250 and 500 can avail of this promo.
• Top up conversion made since August 15 can still be claimed through Torsen.

  1. bakit sabi ng CS wala daw ganyan na promo ang LU. sa phone pa yun ha. try nyo punta sa ragnaboards nandun yung mga reply ng CS. wala ako masabi tlga sa CS.

  8. This is by far the crappiest promo by LU for RO. At least yung iba may makukuha kang useful like headgears or RoK points… ngayon makukuha mo OBB na may different sprite lang at puro loot AKA basura nilalabas?

I think it is security on your part that has a laps bro… i mean ano ang change na mahahack ang isang account kung ikaw lang ang kakaalam ng password mo… tapos hindi rin nila alam ang account mo… you see bro… you are not helping your friend kasi sinabi mo ang account name nya… you are just inviting more hackers to hack his account…

  16. @ ALL…. I agree with that, sabi nga ng CS sakin its a scam daw, tapos sabi pa ROK points lang daw ang promo nila that’s why i ask wauks yesterday about this. Kasi minsan they just want to end the conversation lalo na if they cant resolve the issue or to give feedback from your inquires. ALL THEY KNOW IS ” JUST FILE A TICKET AND GET A SCREEN SHOT”. WTF!

  36. There’s somethin worng with the server today. And as of now down ang lahat ng servers. And wala na mabilhan ng LU cards. Sa netopia na lng ako nakakabili eh pano sa mga convenience stores? Guys you should do something about this…


  37. @wauks, nsa ragnaboards yung mga reply ng CS. ang malupit pa dun yung isa sa phone tumawag para comfirm ang sabi din scam sya. dko makuha yung thread kasi IPS driver error ang RB. try nyo na lng po punta sa board tungkol sa PRO GIFT BOX.

  40. @slash Dun sa alberta nanggagaling ang pro gift box so kung meron ka na gift box, di ka na kailangan pumunta sa alberta. buksan mo na lang. kung kakaconvert mo lang ng ro load to game time or rok points pumunta ka sa alberta to claim your gift box


  41. @ bastardo and Mackie0321 Phase out na ata Level Up prepaid cards. But you can use Netgames prepaid cards instead to load your Ragnarok account. You can load them via mylevelup account only, not the direct top-up.

    babalik pa ba mga top-up cards d2 sa amin sa bohol? wala kasi mga net game cards d2 sa amin e..nid namin yung mga prepaid cards.. pakisagot naman oh
