Ragnarok 3rd Job Sprite Pictures

This has been the talk of all Ragnarok communities around the world for several months now. Finally, Gravity has decided to show everyone the sprites of the 3rd Job Classes for Ragnarok Online and I must say that they look very intimidating! If all goes well, we might be able to get this patch early next year (Q1) or maybe even late this year (who knows?). Anyway, here are the sprite pictures:

    ganda sprite ng Archbishop parang ung suot din ng NPCs sa Rachel

    yung Ranger mukang Mercenaries hehe, sana sinama sa sprite yung wolves na kasama nila, is it dual ang ranger? na pareho may falcon at wolf?

    im wondering qng pde pa rin ako sa early birds last day.,
    because dun sa attendant sabi ko ksma ako sa 7on7 and nagbago lineup nmin iba cnali., e nklgay sa rules bwal sa early birds ung ssli sa 7on7., just a misunderstanding lang e., nsbi ko sa atendant na andun ksli ako pero nkapag sign pren ako ng pngalan sa early birds and dun lang nga sa line up wala pnglan ko and nsbi ko dun na ssli ako.,

    Is it me or is the mechanic’s sprite looks VERY VERY VERY similar to Loki.

  24. i like the warlock, rune knight and guillotine cross’ sprites, but even though i know what a guillotine is, the word ‘guillotine’ doesn’t create an impact on me (mahina ung dating sakin ng salitang guillotine). i still believe that a better word is out there that can change ‘guillotine’. sana palitan ung name. heh

  26. The only sprites I like are the Mechanics and the Female Archbishop. The Female Archbishop is just cute while the Mechanics are Sci-Fi+Fantasy perfect.

    I don’t like the way they are overdoing the trench coat look. The male Archbishop looks too bulky while the Rune Knights and Warlocks just doesn’t look right. The Warlocks look more like evil Gunslingers than magical beings. The Rune Knights, Warlocks and Guillotine Crosses are way too spiky, I know they are looking for a darker look to these characters but spikes are not the only way. The Guillotine Crosses are too shiny while the Rangers are too pale. I’d like the Rangers to sport a more dark green and olive color scheme like real jungle camouflage but use more white than dark leather like the original concept artwork also puffy shorts don’t look good on a girl, makes her butt look too big. The shining gems on the Rune Knights has to go then replaced with magical writing, like tattoos but written on armor instead of skin.

    Good thing that these sprites are not final.

  28. The warlock looks like a cross between sinx and gunslinger, their sprite is unappropriate for their class. Assasins are supposed to be hidden in shadows, i really dont think that shiny armors suit them.


  29. Sir Wauks, what are the requirements to changing to the 3rd jobs po?
    Are the 99/50 2nd-job characters the only ones able to get these new jobs, or does one have to be a 99/70 (or job level 68++) “transcendant”?

  34. Only the sprites are available as of now.. come on, this isn’t even in testing yet!

    It’s too early to ask, or to speculate about the details and intricacies of the new jobs, i.e. the requirements, skill trees/descriptions, job change conditions, etc..

    cool sprites..genrally most of them now has a dark shade on their outfits haha

    hmmm, the rune knight kinda looks like less-armored now but either way, the glow in them looks ok too since now they wield the rune magic (just like chaos in the manhwa)..i just noticed that the girl sprite now looks less less armored haha..kita na un body nla :p ..warlocks, maybe reduce the spikes? hehe..the ranger is kinda pale nga..prang may kulang talaga. the guillotine cross is a complete disappointment because of the gold armor and the “spiky armor formation”. dapat hnd nalng spiky ang armor talga and dapt dark instead of gold. mechanic is good. no problem. the arch bishop really looks like the priests in rachel..im just a bit curious to why they made the arch bishop female a little bit thinner and more “revealing” ^^

  49. Gold(or is it Orange?) doesn’t look to well on the Guillotine Cross, The Warlock looks like Gunslinger, what is it with Trench coats and spikes? Lahat nung iba ok naman kahit d na palitan ung mga Runes sa Rune Knight.. pansinin niyo ung sa Patch Client ung page sa RWC may rune knight at Guillotine cross dun, Ung sa mechanic parang nakita ko na sa ibang laro… si Lucian/Rucian na katulad din nung kay Loki mula sa Valkyrie Profile… Asa pang maagang lumabas yan d2 sa pinas, siguro June o July Next year pa yan kung late this year nila ilalabas sa KRO di pa nga Satan Morroc sa Sakray Natin eh, Malapit pa lng..


  50. Masyadong based sa “Trenchcoat and Spikes” ang design ng mga 3rd Job
    I like the Mechanic and Sniper Sprites. The Warlocks don’t look like Magic Caster dahil tinanggal yung Muffler/Manteau sa sprites nila. Ok lang sana yung Rune Knight kaso subra ng Spikes, less on the elbow. Male Arc Bishop is Perfect, female naman hindi na mukhang Priest class, mukhang bartender sa embassy or something. And Finally the Guillotine Cross…

    SinGX: I kill with stealth and precision… They won’t even know what hit them… Move with caution…
    Victim: Wow sa malayo pa lang kita na kita, may papatayin ka ba?? haaa? haaa? Sparkling ka ngayon!

  52. cool sprite of guillotine cross, but then the color’s kinda dull… it kinda seems like the color of rust… don’t you think so? i think it would seem a whole lot better if they could bring out a more complex color of the attire of the guillotine cross, somehow short of saying that they’re not just any character. hope they come out soon though. can’t wait. ^_^

  74. rune knight - too much gems XD
    warlock - male,like a dark gunslinger with spikes, theres a huge jump on the warlock girl design, unrecognizable from coat and super short dress it became pants and spikes pants (weird) [from sweet to 'im gonna kill you if u look at me' style]
    ranger - the color is sorta pale like what the other said, sorta looks like novices
    archbishop - the guy looks bulky, the girls look looks like the old HP with just a different color and they just put stockings and cut the front..
    gullotine- color -> too flashy XD
    mechanic - like what other says, its like a cross over of a finalfantasy and sci fi style…

    *ang lake ng jump ng designs… they wanted it to be new at may strong impact… i think they over did it…

    i’ll be missing the sweet designs of the girls…
