This started as a discussion on how MMORPG/Online game server names are created. We followed through with a poll on what you guys think should be the name of the servers of Philippine Ragnarok Online 2 should be. I’d like to thank everyone who took the time to put in their votes. There was a total of 386 votes and I’m glad that I did this excercise. The polls are now closed and I have with me the final results. Check ‘em out after the jump!
Heimdall wins with a total of 46.1% of all the votes cast! Second place goes to Lif and third place goes to Ymir. They got 35.2% and 29.3% respectively. Gullinkambi comes in with the lowest score of just 5.2%. It’s reasonable though because I really don’t want to play in a server named after a giant rooster, hehe! Personally, I voted for Heimdall, Ymir, and Nidhogg. Since Heimdall got the most number of votes, I’ll do my best that his name gets included in the first batch of servers that we launch for Ragnarok 2.

I know this is a tee bit off topic but there are videos and news of a Ragnarok online 2 Bot. I found this thread on the Ragnaboards.
I did a little research and found a website on it at http://mmo.rdy.jp/archives/680 its in Japanese tough from the very little i can read looks like the program was rumored to be made in China ( where RO2 was first tested) bu apparenlty this program/news has been all over japanese based gaming forums and blogs.
Not sure if this is real but please have a look if you can
