Philippine Toy Convention ‘08
This year, Level Up sponsored the annual Philippine Toy Convention ‘08, more commonly known as the Toy Con. I was able to find time yesterday to drop by and oh my god it was really jam packed with people. Anime lovers, gamers, and kids of all ages filled the megatrade hall and the venue barely could hold all the toy fans who were busily shopping for their new Marvel, Final Fantasy, DC, or Anime themed action figure. Other than your usual action figures, there were also really good molds, statues, and even life-size imitations of various heroes and villains. By the way, what’s really surprising to note is that there were more teenagers and adults versus the number of kids who were at the convention. Looks like a lot of us still have a kid in our heart, hehe. More pictures and stories after the jump.

So many toys! Hahaha! If I brought cash with me I probably would have spent thousands of pesos. Going to conventions like this really brings out the kid in you. ‘Till next year!
