Philippine Ragnarok Online Weekly Update (7/9/08)
Good day everyone! I actually missed this last week so I made sure that I’ll do the weekly update today. The only reason why this is a bit delayed is that I’m still waiting for the Ragnarok Team to post the remaining announcements on the official website. We actually have a lot of new things for the game, including a potential bug fix which worked in our testing but we need you guys to confirm it as well. The biggest highlight would definitely be the addition of new Neo items across all servers. These armors, combined with the proper playing skills, can definitely take your game to the next level. Anyway, enough banter and on with the full update!
NEO MUFFLER, SHIELD, & RING
These new 7-day items are so powerful that it’s just crazy that Gravity made them. They’re better than most of the stuff you can get these days in-game but they only last for 7 days. The good thing is that they’re very affordable. Here are the item prices and descriptions:
Neo Muffler
Reduces damage from Demihuman monsters by 10%.
Max HP + 10%.
Add 5% resistance against Water, Fire, Holy, Shadow property attacks.
Price: 300 Rokpoints (P2P)

Reduces damage from Demihuman monsters by 30%.
Max HP + 5%.
Adds 20% resistance against Water, Fire Property attacks.

COOL HEADGEARS NOW FOR SALE AND FIXED
The cool headgears which was supposed to come out two weeks ago are now fixed and available on the item mall. They’re really cute and definitely attention grabbing so if you have the spare change, try to get one for yourself. Click here for the pics and description.
WOE: SE REPAIR KITS
For guilds who participate in WoE SE 2, here are new items which will make defending a whole lot easier:

We applied a fix and while it tested positive by our GMs, I need your feedback if it’s actually working. Whatever the result of your test, please post the results via comments.

aus na ung dun sa mga nagkaproblema with regards to not returning to the nameless island night map after dying, using b-wing, etc…. un nga lang, meron pa ring problema dun sa mga di maituloy ung nameless island quest dahil kay father bamph…

Kaka try ko lng po sa Nameless un sa Dead Crow ndi pa po sya OK eh pro un lalaki sa boat pede kna mka alis from Namessless pabalik sa Veins Field. Pls po mrami po kc players na na-stuck din dun sa Dead Crow na part. Paki sabi po sa IT Team ng LevelUp na paki ayos po un. Salamat po !

Reklamo lang ako sa neo skull ring. Hindi sinabi na ang level requirement pala para gamitin iyon ay 95!!! Akala ko pagiging transcendant lang ang requirement.
Nalaman ko lang ang level requirement nang mabuksan ko na ang box. Andaya naman noon. level 82 lang ako. Nasayang ang pera ko since kulang ang information na nakalagay kahit doon mismo sa box. Sana naman wag ganito, parang scam eh.
Pabibilhin ka, tapos di naman nakalagay na level 95 pala ang nid.

a minor concern po sir. i’m really happy we decided to apply the RWC rules sa regionals, sana pati sa server battles narin ganun. i really believe this will go a long way in preparing us for the actual rwc. sa dami ng gifted players ng ro sa phil, dapat lang talaga we rule the tourney. it’s just a matter of preparedness.
pero back to my concern po, iRO po kasi made public the videos of the recently concluded USRC. i noticed po (aside from their obvious lack of talent /gawi) na the battle was 8v8 instead of 7v7. i know this may be just an arbitrary change made by iRO, but maybe you should look into this? kasi baka the rules have been changed without us being informed. after all, threat na kasi tayo sa kRO after our decent showing last rpc.

sir wauks aus na po ung nameless quest sa character ku. problem nga lang po na sira ung view ng cursed abbey dungeon. d lang po aku nakaexperience nito pati din po ung ibang players. valk server po pala. parequest naman po na sana din po magrelease sila ng book type weapons like giant encylopedia… yun lang po sir wauks ^^
