Philippine Ragnarok Online Weekly Update (5/7/08)

First, let me apologize to everyone for not posting in the past two days. I was actually out of town for the Level Up annual outing so I wasn’t able to write anything while I was there. Don’t worry, I’ll make it up to you this weekend. I’ll be posting a lot of interesting articles as the days go by. Anyway, this is really late but let’s go ahead with the weekly update for Philippine Ragnarok Online. This also acts as the community concerns post. So if you have problems or issues, this is the time to leave a comment so I can have it addressed by the team.

SIEGE SUPPLY BOXES
Since the Ragnarok World Championships is just around the corner, we’re releasing siege-themed items that will help you guys in your campaign for the Agit Lords. These boxes contain several potions and consumables that you can use during WoE. They’re also very affordable so you can easily stock up on your supplies.

    yung item permissions po parang napaka-inconvenient po. sana naman ibalik nalang po sa dati kasi ang hirap po magpalevel kung wala kang kaibigang mapapasahan ng gamit. example po yung FAW hindi na pwede ma-kafra. Pwedeng ma-mail and ma-deal pero ayaw ma kafra. Ang hirap po pag ililipat mo na sa isa mo pang char sa same account. T___T.

    I’m just wondering, will there be any update on the connectivity issues international players of pRO are experiencing?~ :)

    If you’re not aware of the issue, here’s the link to some of the threads:

    Anyway, in a nutshell, international players couldn’t connect to certain town maps (like Prontera, Geffen, Payon, Morroc) at EXACTLY 9am-11pm Manila time. We get disconnected at exactly 9am. :) The problem is in all servers except Valhalla, based on what I’m reading. Because of this, we almost could not join the WoE.

    Hope you could help us. We love this game, we love supporting it by purchasing credits online, so I hope this game loves us back, too~

  39. Oh dear.. saturday’s WOE went all fine except for the usual timegaps and I thought the international player connectivity problem was finally fixed, except for Prontera. Glee! But now I can’t login, even to Payon! Are we being blocked off from the entirety of Midgard?

    All we’re asking for is the least bit of acknowledgement from the team. This has been going on for a while already, and no response from you guys. I don’t even want to try submitting a ticket to CS anymore, that’s even more of a joke. We are paying to play the game we love, and all we’re getting is dissatisfaction. There’s enough of that in the world and we don’t need to buy it from LU.
