Philippine Ragnarok Online Weekly Update (12/19/07)
We’re just six days away from Christmas! Time really does fly by so fast. Anyway, I’m posting the weekly update again for Philippine Ragnarok Online. We have a lot of stuff for today and most of them have already been announced on the official website. The biggest news though would definitely be the three new animated premium headgear which will be available only this December. Note that they are all for sale across all servers. Other than that, the EXP mods are still activated and we also have a lot of new items in the Armory of the Gods.

ARMORY OF THE GODS UPDATE
Here’s a the list of the new items patched in the Armory of the Gods for Valkyrie and Valhalla:
Small Life Potion Box – 200 Rok Points
Regeneration Box5 – 100 Rok Points
Neo Excalibur - 1000 Rok Points
Neo Diary of Great Sage - 1000 Rok Points
Black Bunny Band - 600 Rok Points
Santa Poring Hat - 7000 Rok Points
Fish Head Hat - 4000 Rok Points
Bell Ribbon - 10000 Rok Points
Tuxedo - 1000 Rok Points
Wedding Gown - 1000 Rok Points
I’ll update this section later with pictures of the items together with their respective descriptions. I’m just waiting for the RO Team to validate the information I currently have.
3 NEW ANIMATED PREMIUM HEADGEAR
Initially priced at 500 PHP each, we were able to convince Gravity to drop the prices so they will be more affordable to the community. Here’s a link to my original post with screenshots and descriptions of the new headgear. Note that all three headgear are animated like the Flying Angel Wing and they will be available across ALL SERVERS.

SHAYLA BLACK BUNNY BAND IN-GAME EVENT
I just posted about his a few minutes ago. This is basically a new in-game event wherein you can trade in a very cheap premium headgear for more expensive premium headgear with the same upgrade level. For example, you can trade in a +8 Black Bunny Band for a +8 Mini-Propeller! Here’s the link to my previous post about this.
OTHER STUFF
Here are some other information that you might find useful:
- Server EXP mods are still active
- Monster EXP bonuses are now deactivated
- Pumpkin Hat bonuses deactivated (will confirm in a while)

wauks, with all due respect, it seems like the more important issues are still left unaddressed. number one is the bot issue, which i know might take time to resolve. number two is the lack of siege for valkyrie, which is quite disturbing. frankly, it’s not fun leveling up everyday waiting for saturdays and wednesdays only to find out that valkyrie siege still hasnt been restored yet again.

how about the dupe issue? ang dami na namang bosscards at overups na binebenta sa pront at auction hall (BALDUR). pls verify this concern with the RO team ASAP. thx

wauks pansinin mo daw yung mga post dito hahah. Pati issue sa valky na ala daw x3 na implement.awts. And Over kill ang lag. ^^

pati ung sale ng field manual at bubble gum… ang sabi sa announcement last week: “from dec 12-26, baldur,freya,tyr - 2x exp PLUS field manual and bubblegum sale (400 rok pts)”. pero ngayon, back to 1000 rok pts na pareho amp!

I just saw the prices of those NEW ANIMATED HEADGEARS in iRO’s Kafra Shop and combined the price of a Santa Poring Hat and a Bell Ribbon is just 250 pesos there while here in pRO it’s almost 850?.

@blaqfire: Thanks for pointing that out. Already forwarded it to the RO Team for immediate action. @Pathfinder: Appreciate your honesty and very calm tone, hehe. The reason why I’m not talking about the bot problem is that we’re still waiting for a final solution for it. It would be useless for me to give updates if it’s not yet 100%. For the siege, we’re gearing up to relaunch the siege in Valkyrie within the next week depending on connectivity/latency issues.

sir wauks, paki double check naman po kung x4 pa rin sa biolabs level 2 & 3..kasi dati ang alam ko mga 3-4 monsters(Level 2) na napapatay ko dun, .1 na bigay sakin..ngaun kailangan kong pumatay ng mga 7-8 para lang sa .1 naka FM na ako nun..

Thx for paying attention to my complaint :D pls follow up the dupe issue as well coz it’s very disturbing to see a lot of boss cards being sold at the auction hall again. I wanna buy some, but what if they’re duped? /wah
