Philippine Ragnarok Online Weekly Update (11/27/07)

It’s time once again for the highly anticipated Philippine Ragnarok Online Weekly Update! We have a lot of stuff lined up for this week with the Valhalla server being the biggest highlight. There’s also the massive item mall sale which is actually the reward for the community because Level-up! Games won the People’s Choice and Judge awards for the Philippine Web Awards! There has also been rumors going around that the bonus EXP for Valkyrie will be extended for one more week. Check out all the stuff that’s scheduled to happen this week after the jump!

VALHALLA SERVER LAUNCHES NOV. 30, 07
This Friday, we will be launching the second free-to-play server of Philippine Ragnarok Online. It will have all the settings of Valkyrie except that the PK Feature will be disabled. Thor characters, levels, guilds, and items (except for storage, mail, cart, and auction) will be retained. If I’m not mistaken, there will also be a wipe of all Butterfly Wings and Fly Wings. VALKYRIE 2x EXP EXTENDED
Since there were still connectivity problems last week, the RO Team was able to convince Gravity to extend the 2x EXP week! Yes, you read that right, Valkyrie will continue to be on 2x EXP until next Wednesday! w00t!

VALKYRIE FREEDOM TOUR: QUEZON CITY EB PARTY
To celebrate the success of the Valkyrie server, we’re throwing another EB Party for the Valkyrie community! This will also be a welcoming party to the latest addition to the family - Valhalla. Here’s a quick excerpt from the announcement posted at the website:

MASSIVE ITEM MALL SALE
Thanks to the community, Level-up! Games won the People’s Choice in the recently concluded Philippine Web Awards. As our way of saying thank you, we’re having a massive sale ACROSS ALL SERVERS.     anyways, hoping for the best sa vahalana server.hopefully we will not encounter the same Disconnection problem. and also, we sure do hope that tele will be implemented and -5% be removed… Well just wishfull thinking though

But again wauks, if they will implement again these anti-bot features, then we are hoping that wala itong problema(dc/bug map/failed to login or connect). But so far, its good that LU did not include sales on equipsments and cards. +1 to LU.

    Only bwings and flywings will be wipeout? How about the teleport skill of acolytes, the creamy card, Ghost armors, holy armors, ghostring card, angeling card, maya purple card, mvp boss cards, creamy card, and teleport accessories. What will happen with those compounded cards do they got wipeout as well or will be replace with rok points since Valkyrie settings has no teleport skill.

    how can i use the Neuralizer if i have an Angelring Hat in my inventory???? It has 70 weight and it is restricted to drop or put the AR hat in the kafra storage

    Pls help me

    70 weight nakalagay sa angeling hat but actually 0 weight yun. All non kafra transferrable items are really ZERO weight. I’ve succesfully tried doing the skill reset dati sa NPC sa Juno twice with my char still wearing an angeling hat. I’m not 100% sure if this also applies on the neutralizer but my guess is that it does.

    and also, transferrable ba ang insurance? d pa kse ako nakakagamit nun, and malamang sa pag migrate sa vahalana need na yun e /swt
