Philippine Ragnarok Online Valkyrie Server Neo Weapons Update - November 14, 2007

Philippine Ragnarok Online’s free-to-play server will have the highly anticipated Neo Weapon Update this week, November 14, 2007. When the servers go up after the regular maintenance, the Neo Weapons will be available in the Armory of the Gods. Take note that this update is strictly for Valkyrie Server. Other servers will NOT get this at the Cash NPC. The Neo Weapons are all rental/expiration-based items that will disappear 7 days after you open the box.

Neo Muramasa
An oriental sword named after a legendary Japanese swordsmith. No Curse. Critical + 30% Attack Speed + 8% Attack Strength: 204
1000 Rok Points (50 PHP)

Neo Light Epsilon
A Greek ceremonial axe that possesses the power of holiness. Holy Property
STR + 10, Can use the skill Heal 3 Lv. Increases damage inflicted upon Devil monster by 3%. Increasess movement speed. Attack Str: 229
1000 Rok Points (50 PHP)

Neo Mighty Staff
A rare staff that can convert psychic energy into brute strength. Consumes 1 SP with each physical attack. STR + 10 ,INT + 4, MATK + 20% Attack Str: 165
1000 Rok Points (50 PHP)

Neo Balista
A giant bow which was used in ancient battles. When ranged-attacking, increases damage by 20% Attack Str: 194
1000 Rok Points (50 PHP)

Neo Combat Knife
Military combat knife made for battles against Demihuman monsters. Ignores Physical Defense of DemiHuman monsters Reduces damage from Demihuman monsters by 10% Increases damage inflicted upon Devil monster by 10%.
When hiting monster, restores SP 3, MaxSP +10% Attack Str: 120
2000 Rok Points (100 PHP)

Neo Asura
A legendary dagger that is said to have been given to mankind by the gods.
MATK + 15%. Attack Str: 120
1000 Rok Points (50 PHP)

Neo Critical Ring
An esoteric ring that enables its wearer to amplify his hidden powers.
Critical + 10%
400 Rok Points (20 PHP)

Again, remember that these items are expiry-based. Don’t file a ticket claiming that you were hacked if these items vanish from your inventory after seven days. Happy levelling! RAWR!

    if you open the box together it will expire together after 7 days. but if you open it after one has expire, the other box will not exipre hehe. i think

    at cards sa hypermart sana man lng mag poll kayo or mag tanong sa mga citizen ng valkyrie…bka naman hindi natin malalaman nkk sira na pla ng game play tulad nalng ngaun over sa lakas na ngaun mga hunters at wizard pano un iba?tapos ang mura pa ng bayad… bka naman masisira game play at economy ng valk dahil sa mga ganun items..suggestion ko lng po ito wag masamain…

  12. Yup typo regarding the Curse Effect for Muramasa. Corrected it already. For the poll suggestion, I’m okay with that. Actually I already posted this info a few months back. For the level requirements, I’ll have to double check Wednesday morning :)

  16. wauks, are you aware of the activation patch for the bots in valkyrie to work again. I’ve read it on darkmoon.

    I hope you had another anti-bot patch ready tomorrow…

    Kuya Wauk’s you DID mention that you have a 3rd party antibot ready right?

    Anyway, if that Neo Combat Knife can be used by ninjas then Amon Ra + Shinobi Sash + Ninja Suit + Neo Combat Knife = 2 SP per Throw Kunai, and you GAIN SP with Throw Shuriken o.O

  21. @wauks, sana po hinde araw ang basehan ng expiration ng neo items kundi oras… like for example imbes na 7 days eh 168 hrs para po mahabahaba ang gamit nakapaghihinayang po kasi bumili pag 1-2 days mo lang magagamit dahil hinde mapapagonline pagmaypasok mon - fri… kung tingin po ninyo eh mayasdong mahaba ang 168 hrs pwede naman po ninyo bawasan at the same time lower din po ang price para pwedeng regular na gamitin… thanks!

  27. Uh valk, malamang permanent feature na siya, pero yung items mawawala 7 days after buksan, which means na parang nag weekly maintenance para sa mga items. Not bad considering price vs power though.

NANGARAP MAGKA WEBBYS ANG LEVELUP GAMES! amp! oo nga maganda yung levelup website. pero tingnan nyo naman un ragnarok game site! pinost pa nila dun e alam naman nating lahat na news lang ang ina update dun! yung characters hanggang 2-1 pa lang meron. yung quests comodo patch pa rin. at yung previous episodes walang link. i mean really! WALA BANG RAGNAROK GAME SITE TEAM YUNG LEVELUP?! CONSIDERING ITO ANG PINAKASIKAT NILANG GAME?! /pif tapos pag pinoint mo sa navigation bar (yung community, etc.) nakacover ng flash animation ung dropdown.. ok na… ^_^ tama na rant. i’m still voting though. /heh

    if you don’t mind losing the shield it’d be the Neo Light Epsilon. Otherwise just go for your regular weaponry instead since there isn’t a 1-handed neo weapon in the list that improves mATK and can be equipped by a sader…

    @Waukeen
    You *do* realize how tense people are especially with the upcoming bot patch tomorrow that’d render bots immune to the existing anti-bot system, don’t you? Care to update us if there are plans on using that 3rd party anti-bot you mentioned before?

  39. Wauks, OT lang. Can you give us the reason kung bkt sang ka tutak yung bugs, delays, DC, LAG, MAIL SYSTEM,Mabagal na pag Connect? Kasi kung sinasabi nyu kung anu yung reason at kung may development sa problem di sana di na bwibwisit yung mga tao sa serbisyo nyo. At kung talagang ginagawan nyu ng paraan. pero feeling ko walang development. pa lala pa ng palala. yung dating 3Mins delay sa pag invyt s prty ngayun more than 10 mins na. Aba mag icp icp naman kayo ng paraan. ilang araw ng ganito. kung wala pang development sa bug sa valkyrie, kung ako sa inyo i shut down nyu muna yung server at i up nyu ulit pag ok na yung lahat kase nababawasan n yung mga nag lalaro. mag 2 months p lang valk e mag quit n mga tao. /swt
