Philippine Ragnarok Online New Premium Headgear

It’s really been sometime now since we’ve added more items in the HyperMart for Philippine Ragnarok Online. We’ve decided to spice things up a bit more by adding three new premium headgear for sale starting today, September 27, 2007, after maintenance. One of the new headgear really reminds me of Naruto because it’s literally the Kyubi, but much cuter, hehe. After maintenance, the Drooping Nine Tails, Lif Doll Hat, and Deviling Hat will be available for Rok Points.

Seriously, we should have rebranded the Drooping Nine Tails as a Naruto item but that would mean discussions with the people who created Naruto. Anyway, more details about the new headgear and their respective prices after the jump.

Here are the basic item stats and the prices:

- Drooping Nine Tails - This item will be storage locked. A hat made to resemble the monster, nine tails. Proud of its great heat- retainability. AGI + 1, Dex + 1 (2,000 Rok Points/100 PHP)
- Lif Doll Hat - A hat made with a cute Lif doll. It makes wearers feel the doll looking down the wearers. INT + 1 (10,000 Rok Points/500 PHP)
- Deviling Hat - A hat made to resemble a little dead deviling which has charming side-spreader eyes. STR + 1, CRI + 3 (7,000 Rok Points/350 PHP)

Kindly take note that the said items will be temporarily Kafra Storage Locked. If you want to store them, you may do so through your merchants or secondary accounts.

  3. Eto stats ng mga bagong headgear based sa ibang servers kung san meron na nito.

    Drooping Ninetails [0]
    Defense: 1, Required Level: 20, Upper, Every Job
    A hat made to resemble the monster, Nine tails. proud of its great heat-retainablity.
    AGI + 1, DEX + 1
    Add a 5% chance of auto casting Level 1 Gloria on the user when receiving Physical Damage.

    Drooping Lif [1]
    Defense: 1, Required Level: 20, Upper, Every Job
    A hat made with a cute Lif doll. It makes wearers feel the doll looking down the wearers.
    It may get popular among people who loves a little girl.
    INT + 1
    MDEF increases by Refine Rate.

    Deviling Hat [0]
    Defense: 1, Required Level: 20, Upper, Every Job
    A hat made to resemble a little dead deviling which has charming side-spreaded eyes.
    STR + 1, Critical + 3
    Increases damage received from Holy property attacks by 20%.
    If Refine Rate is higher than 5, Critical Rate - 6 and Critical Rate increases by Refine Rate.

    If magiging ganito rin ang stats ng pRO versions ng mga bagong headgear, sulit yung Drooping Lif [1]. Yun nga lang, 500php sya. /heh


  4. If the drooping Lif would be slotted with the +1 Int then 500 would be just right (IMO)(Ill be putting a CTM card on that one) /gg

  6. HEADGEARS!!! My weakpoint in playing RO!!! Seriously, why did the lif headgear be that expensive at 500 php? Did it have to do with the cuteness value of it and would be next to its Angeling Hat counterpart in the cuteness level? Hmmm… still gonna buy that Devi Hat /heh

  12. Kasi first and foremost +1 tapos slotted pwede lagyan ng card… :) pero hihintay muna ako, imagine +3 int tapos may MDEF per refine. TALO nya ung slotted crown. sulit sobra kung naupgrade mo till +7

  17. Why is the Drooping Lif headgear not slotted? I was waiting very expectantly for the Drooping Lif headgear ever since reading its entry in the RO Future Wiki (http://ro.doddlercon.com/wiki/index.php?title=New_Headgear#Drooping_Lif_.5B1.5D). Imagine my disappointment…

    And even if the Drooping Lif was meant to be non-slotted, why is it still more expensive than an Angeling Hat (7000 RoK points), a Mini Propeller (5000 RoK Points) or a Magiceyes (1750 Rok Points)? Even if it’s a “new” headgear, and the “old” headgears were on sale, the current price ranges still doesn’t make sense at all.
