Philippine Ragnarok Online Beer Festival

Philippine Ragnarok Online is a little bit late but at least we can still have our own Beer Festival starting this November (LOL)! This special in-game event was originally planned to be the kick-off in-game event for October since we’re celebrating the infamous Octoberfest. Unfortunately, the event was finished late by Gravity and we only recieved it last week. The in-game event is actually very simple. If you gather all the required items, you can either win tri stat-boosting pretzels or the Midgard Beer Festival Hat. Mechanics of the event after the jump.

October Beer Fest

Collect Mugs from monsters and exchange them for special in-game items! You can trade Mugs with Greta who is located in Comodo.

100 Mugs: October Fest Cap
October Fest Cap - A cap which makes you look better in the fest. Random Auto Cast LVL 5 Tarot Card of Fate when Melee-attacking.
Weight:10
Required Level: 50
Job: Available to all classes except novice.

1 Mug: 1 Pretzel
Pretzel- A special snack which you can have in Midgrad. When eaten it increases your INT, VIT, and DEX by 5 (30 minute duration).
Required Level: 50

2 Mug: 1 Green Beer
Green Beer - Cool Green Beer brewed in Hugel Mountainous area. It will freeze your soul. When drank it increases your AGI, LUK, and STR by 5 (30 minute duration).

*Mugs are dropped by monsters in Odin Santuary and Kiel Hyre

This event is active on all servers. Pretzels, Mugs, and the special headgear are only temporary and will be deleted after the event duration expires (December). Good luck everyone and Happy Midgard Beer Festival!

  3. Hi Wauks, we’ve already collected about 200 and this is manually at keil hyre academy… mind giving us the NPC location of this Greta? 1 day na kaming naghahanap sa buong comodo but to no avail… Thanks


  4. spent 2 hours sa kiel dungeon, killed lots of monsters, wala ni isang nag-drop!!!! Ang baba ng drop rate.


  5. Uhm.. Mawawala ba talaga yang headgear na yan? Kasi up to now, madaming “Deleted after duration” headgear na nandun parin. Like the ones for people power pati yung sa POURing headgears. IF I remember correctly, they were supposed to be deleted long ago.


  6. @artemis from experience it should be alicel and aliot… ung aliza at constant mababa talga… c alice inde ata ngdropdrop…

    what we did was to use a BBgum and AB like there’s no tomorrow… aun nakaipon nga, wala namang NPC /swt

  12. bat ang baba ng drop rate nya? para tuloy akong naghuhunt ng cards ng mga monster. i hope medyo taasan naman un drop rate ng mug.
