This has nothing to do whatsoever with online gaming but I might as well post it here so you guys will be in the know. To those who haven’t been following the international political scene, Obama won the US election for the Presidency. He beat Mcain with a comfortable margin and the US now has their first ever black President. We could have our first black President too if Mayor Binay runs for 2010 and wins the election as well (LOL). Anyway, I just wanted to make this short post to congratulate everyone who supported President Obama. Personally I was for Mcain – but that’s the way democracy works. Someone will always come up on top and someone will have to bow out.
Now that the US elections is over, local political analysts now turn their attention to the upcoming 2010 Philippine Presidential Elections. We have so many candidates in the field and it will be very interesting to see who will come out on top. Unlike the US elections wherein they have a 2-party system, we have a… er… vibrant and often times confusing multi-party system in place in the Philippines. So far we have the following “Presidentiables”:

Senator Mar Roxas – I think this guy is good
Senate President Manny Villar – Now Way… Just No Way
Senator Loren Legarda – If she did not support FPJ I would have supported her
Senator Ping Lacson – There is no way I would ever support this guy
Former President Erap Estrada – This guy is hopeless our economy suffered much from him the only president who could have done a worse job than him is Cory Aquino
Makati Mayor Binay – This guy is as good as BF when it comes to track record in their own city so I will root for him
Quezon City Mayor Belmonte – Well quezon city did not change magically in his hands unlike Binay or BF’s city did so I won’t root for him
MMDA Chairman Bayani Fernando – This guy is as good as Binay so I will root for him too

Please lang po: wag ninyong iboto lahat ng kaalyado ni Gloria Arroyo (i.e. Dick Gordon, BF, Sonny Belmonte, Noli de Castro). We need change. Masakit po para sa akin na walang silbi ang Ombudsman natin dahil kaalyado rin ni Gloria. BF is a crap. Sabi nga ni Jojo Alejar, hindi na 7,100 yung islands natin. Isama mo pa yung mga concrete barriers na walang proper lighting para makita ng mga motorista. Dahil sa sinabi niyang no speed limit sa EDSA at Commonwealth, na-hit and run na siya sa karera papuntang Malacanang.

Chiz! Look at the recent interfaith rally:
Mar Roxas brought half of the Liberal Party wearing yellow shirts and spewing curses. All that was lacking are campaign leaflets and posters. Loren Legarda with her “hakot crowd.” They all seem so excited to run but the people are not.
I’m only excited for Chiz. It seems the rest of the adoring girls in the Makati rally are too.
No “hakot crowd” and he still steals the show from the rest of the eager beavers.

Xtra Bases is a crap. Imagine, he forgot all the good things that BF did because of the fact that he was able to moved the traffic in EDSA faster. Nung araw, ang problema sa EDSA is walang gumagalaw na sasakyan…under BF, we are now talking of speed limits in EDSA.
Bakit hindi ma appreciate to ng mga “matatalinong bobo” na tulad ni Xtra Bases.
Ang katulad ni Xtra Bases ang nagpapahirap sa Pilipinas..magaling magsalita, magaling mag blog pero mapurol ang kokote.
