What happens when Nokia’s N95 and Apple’s iTouch have a baby? You get the latest Nokia N-Series unit – the N96! This new mobile phone really has a kick-ass look and feel to it. It’s very sleek and it really looks like Apple’s iPhone. There’s no particular price tag yet so we’ll have to wait for an official announcement from Nokia. Looking back, it’s a good thing I didn’t buy the N95 yet! Anyway, here are the N96 stats.

Aside from the built-in 16GB internal memory, you can add an external 8GB microSDHC to pump that to 24GB. Now that’s some serious storage you got there. This could be the iPhone-like unit that we saw during the Nokia Go Play video presentation in Singapore last year. Those who bought the Nokia N82 two months ago are in for a big disappointment.

I’m happy with my N95 and I’ll probably wait for the N98 to come out during the 2nd or 3rd quarter of 2009.
The N96 is said to come out late this year probably September – December, it’s still undergoing changes and after a few months a new and improved version would pop out. Besides it’s not practical to spend 40 -50 grand on a phone that you know in a few months time will depreciate because of the availability of newer models. Unless your stinking rich who throws away their money as if it grows on trees then go ahead buy the damn thing. I’ll just laugh if you guys do so because I think it’s very unwise to do so.

This is only my opinion. You can do anything you want with your money, burn it, spend it, eat it, throw it away for all I care. All I’m saying here is that there are a lot of people out there who can’t even afford to eat a single meal a day, and yet you “Self – Proclaimed rich dushbags” want to buy a gadget like this? Think first before you speak. No offense meant here.

this suks..mmaya may clone na yan..! hahaha..sus nokia pa asa pa tao na gagawa sila nang cumpleto na features..tapos aanhin mo na mn ang 24GB? sobrang laki kung ganyan na 40-50 gran ang gastusin ko mag laptop or pc nalang ako at mag stay sa n95 na 8GB..ok na sa akin ung 8GB hndi na kulong or sobra un..hehehe…

Maganda sana ang N series ng Nokia. Kaso lang inuunti unti pa nila. tapos ang mahal pa ng price. Last na nbili ko N95 38 thousand. ilang buwan lng 19 thousand n lang ang price. Parang niloloko n lng nila ung mamimili…. MAAAWA NAMAN KAYO……. WAG NAMAN SANA KAUNG LINTA………………………..
