Naruto Shippuuden 25: The Puppet Dude (Spoiler Alert)

Naruto Shippuuden 25 is out! Like what I mentioned before, I’m including Anime in the topics of Waukster Online. I’m currently covering Naruto Shippuuden, Claymore, and Bleach but I’ll probably expand to other titles that I’d like to recommend to you guys to watch. Anyway, the 25th episode of Naruto Shippuuden was highly anticipated because in episode 24 they said that the next episode would be the finale between Saosori and Sakura. To those who don’t know, Saosori and the Sand Village Elder took on Saosori when Team Kakashi tried to rescue Gaara from the Akatsuki. I called this review “Puppet Dude” because it’s mainly about Saosori and his true form.

Sakura survives the attack of Saosori by using antidote which she made when she was still in the Sand Village. If you ask me, this is really a redeeming episode for the cry-baby Sakura that we’ve became used to in the first season of Naruto. Since the Kazekage puppet is destroyed, Saosori reveals his most devastating puppet - himself. Apparently he transformed himself into a Puppet, which guaranteed him long life. What’s cool is his body even has custom-fitted flame throwers, Lol.

So what’s to hate about this episode? Well frankly it has too much talk and no action. The only action here was the Shadow Clone of Kakashi being blown to bits by the frog bombs and when Saosori used his flamethrowers which Sakura and Chiyo dodged. The good thing here is that we know that the next episode will have a lot of action in it. We finally get to see Kakashi use something that he’s been keeping secret and we also get to witness that showdown between Saosori and Sakura/Chiyo. They should do a one hour special next week and wrap everything up so we’re all happy, Lol.

How about you guys? What did you think about the latest episode? Some people are saying that the pace is really slow and the people at Japan should pump in more action with every episode. I honestly feel like I’m watching DBZ all over again on Channel 7.

  16. As for me, i prefer this slow paced anime rather that the 1 yr filler episode.. although I already hav read the manga so I have an overview of what will happen, Naruto will get stronger as the epi goes by…

    It is like watching DBZ, Masashi Kishimoto (creator of Naruto) is an avid fan of Akira Toriyama (creator of DB) >.


  17. Here some anime I suggest (maybe not only for review but also to watch)

    Shounen Onmyouji, Heroic Age, Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha, Kekkaishi & Kaze no Stigma

    Devil May isnt that exciting but if you want blood & demons, you can watch ^^


  18. @Derek: Wow, I never knew that. Kaya pala ang bagal ng pace kasi idol ng Naruto creator yung DBZ creator. Hayz. Right now I’m watching Law of Ueki. I’m going to watch Nanoha afterwards. heh


  19. Sobrang bagal nga nung pace na manga na ang binabasa ko. Sobrang exciting yung last chapter ng naruto.

  21. @Wauks Well Toriyama is a big name in the anime & manga world mainly bcoz of a 11 yr work of DB.. well to spoil, Naruto final chapters have been leaked & spoiled by a close friend, its sum wat gotta do with a god sealed by the kyuubi & madara but its all rumors pa… try to watch this anime also, History’s Strongest Disciple Kenichi

  23. actually, the pace of naruto is really slow, slow as hell. if they go any faster, their source material will run out very fast in a matter of months.

    this is why i like one piece better than naruto. one piece has a much faster pace than naruto and invokes more emotion than naruto.

    currently the number one anime in japan is kochikame, one piece a second, naruto a third and bleach a fourth.


  24. Hello. Saan ba maganda mag-download ng anime??? Dati ay sa youtube ako nanonood…tapos ay lumipat ako sa stage6…pwede kasi akong mag-download ng mga anime tapos saka ko na lang pinapanood pag nakumpleto ko na mga episodes. Ang problema kasi sa youtube ay binubura nila yung mga anime. This week ay sinimulan na ring burahin sa stage6 yung mga anime kaya tuloy naputol ang pagda-download ko. Hinahanap kong i-download ay yung kumpletong episodes ng Detective Conan…sinimulan ko na rin na i-donwload ang claymore kaya lang ay binubura na rin.


  25. i dont base on the rank, i usually look for content & the way they draw.. even air gear didnt make it to the top but its a nice anime
    @Decikator most anime subdubers use torrent sites to share their works… try animesuki.com or a.scarywaters.net but if you want to just video stream, crunchyroll is a nice place… its just a matter of finding them thats the hard part of anime ^^
