Naruto: 4th Hokage’s Son?

Naruto Shippuuden paved the way for a lot theories and rumors about the central character - Naruto. What is the real relationship between the 4th Hokage and Naruto? There are people saying that Naruto is actually the reborn 4th Hokage, because there was no trace of him after he sealed the Kyubi. On the other hand, we have people who are saying that there is no relationship, and that the 4th Hokage is now the leader of the Akatsuki. Lastly, we have people saying that… *Darth Vader Voice On* the 4th Hokage is actually the father of Naruto (Noooooo!~). Personally, I believe that there is a relationship between the two. It can go either way, with Naruto being the 4th Hokage or Naruto being the son of the 4th Hokage.

  1. So far in my search from the internet… there is no defined truth that the 4th is the father. The craps I see in the internet are sometimes misleading… I mean they remake comics and narotu story line just to satisfy their theory… please be very very careful because that all you read is true…

Super Spoiler: Naruto is Yondaime the 4th Hokage he perfected the SELF seal jutsu “the 3rd used in Orochimaru” Note: you can only use the seal using YOUR OWN BODY. because he perfected it the consequence is not death but being reborn or transforming into a child without memories. Konoha elders were alarmed by what happened the child have the nine tailed fox inside him and his face have somewhat like whiskers. The seal is like spiral(english word for Uzumaki his last name). Then the elders including Jiraiya agreed to tell the people that the 4th died but actually become a baby to avoid chaos and attack to Konoha. Instead of choosing the 5th Hokage the 3rd Hokage(Sarutobi) retained the position of Hokage because the 4th is still alive and they are waiting if ever he will remember his past to be the Hokage again. Yondaime studied Rasengan for 3 years and Naruto learned it faster because he felt in him he know this technique also naruto read the scroll of 4th Hokage and immediately learned the Kage Bushin Technique which is a high level technique and can’t be learned by one day but he did because of his familiarity to the skill. Long story and many explaination to mention…

Ngsummon c orochimaru ng 3 coffins(supposedly former Hokages) but 3rd succesfull discharge 1 coffin. So natira 2 coffins. Lumabas ung 1st and 2nd Hokage. If ever inde nadischarge ni 3rd ung isa coffin, kung c naruto nga ay c 4th, cno ung laman nung 3rd coffin? Lolo ni orochimaru? wakokoko

  20. @Lord Ken nice theory but like kramer said we just have to wait what the other has to write about.. Also, Rasengan wasnt studied by the 4th, he created it.. Sarutobi came out of retirement becoz Jiraya turned down to become the 5th & Tsunade was wandering while Orochimaru wasnt a candidate.. @valfogg that theory was before the manga reviled who their leader i.. @mav~mia isnt Obito dead?If he isnt dead then he should have half paralyzed & have 1 eye (the other eye is with Kakashi)

    Sarutobi first chose Orochimaru to succeed him. However with each passing day he grew disappointed in him. So he appointed the Yellow Flash of Konoha instead… The one we know as the 4th Hokage. He retired after that. Sarutobi came out of retirement after the 4th’s death. And when he himself died, Jiraiya was the initial choice by the elder council. Having turned that offer down, he instead offered the council to find Tsunade to become the 5th.

    About Obito.. We’ll know more once we see more. Like I said, it MAY be Obito. For sure though it isn’t Uchiha Madara.

  24. hehehe theories again… ok ganito na lang… pano kung sabihin ng author si naruto ay si superman… di namali lahat theory nyo hahaha… best we stick on what we know sa original story line and not base our conclusion sa nakikita sa internet… my PERSONAL guess is ang leader ng akatsuki is not the 4th… might be a relative of something… might even be ralated to naruto but is not the same person as the 4th…


  25. @mav~mia yea Orochimaru was his 1st choice, we all know that he was his favorite but think the council will approve who will be the next but with recommendation from previous one if alive, not sure though.. Anyways, Uchiha Madara is alive?well he was suppose a son of a “god” but I doubt he is alive..


  26. @Aaron yung 3rd coffin he “tried” to summon the 4th but failed because Sarutobi stopped him and like others pgkakaalam din ni Orochimaru that the 4th is dead so he tried to summon the 4th hindi sure if si 4th nga lalabas dun kung ncomplete yung jutsu or wala lng that is the twist of the story to make it more rich @zee_ola05 so how can you explain that he does not have a clan and a mother if he’s not just turned into a child? yung hint sinasabi na lagi ni Sasuke kay Naruto eh wla daw magulang si Naruto and hindi nya nranasan mgkaroon ng real parents so hindi nya naiintindihan nraramdaman ni Sasuke nung mamatay magulang nya kaya cya mghihiganti. Konoha Village is “Clan Based” even si Kakashi may clan yan his father is White Fang of Konoha si Sakura may clan si Naruto anong clan sya? hindi cya curious kng cno mother and father nya kc even pictures nila wla cya i dnt want to post Spoiler Manga parts kc mdmi mgglit ^_^


  27. @DerekGruesome yah sorry i have written it incorrectly that the 4th “studied” Rasengan wrong use of word hehe this what i really meant “The Rasengan is an A-ranked ultra-high-level technique that took the Fourth Hokage three years to perfect” hehe BTW Kakashi can also perform Rasengan ^_^ @mav~mia it’s not Obito kc yung isang mata nya nwasak because nadaganan so yung isang mata nya na ok pa binigay nlng kay Kakashi and your right it’s not Uchiha Madara BUT not only Orochimaru can perform the forbidden Jutsu soul transfer so MAYBE(my own theory pls just ignore) Uchiha Madara use soul transfer to the leader of Akatsuki’s body and they told me that the real leader of Akatsuki have split personalities and somewhat unstable

  31. A son always exceed his father. Just like apprentice always exceeds his master. Naruto exceeds his father by masterting rasengan earlier and even more powerful because he got his talent from his father plus the power of the Kyuubi. Remember Kakashi told him that Naruto has 100x(I think) more stamina than him because Kakashi can see the Kyuubi power is flowing through him. That is why Naruto can learn techniques faster than anyone.


  32. @Alkeizer I dont think having the Kyuubi can increase learning a technique its just that he has somewhat unlimited chakra, thats the edge.. @Lord Ken think Sasuke meant that he didnt know or felt wat its like to have a family love, Sasuske didnt know Naruto’s past since it was forbidden. And it isnt that clan based also but like in the real world, what your father usually do is what you tend to do.. We even still dont know what clan the Legendary Sannin belongs to hehe..   33. having almost a unlimited amount of chakra has it’s advantage… but learning and physical stamina has nothing to do with chakra… it does affect the jutsu but not the body… remember the jutsu 101… Body and Soul… Skill and Chakra equals jutsu… plese correct me if i’m worng. i’m open for correction

  35. If you read the mangga about naruto’s training with kakashi when he is trying to learn the wind rasengan(I forgot the name), his stamina(increase by the his kyuubi power) really helps a lot. Kakashi told him without his stamina, he will learn that in years. But because of his stamina, he just kagebushin all the way and learned it with just a few days. So, to put it simply, his stamina really plays a great role in learning new techniques much early than expected. He can also train more hours before resting than others because of it.

It is true however that naturo has exceeded kakashi’s stamina… one reason it he use to much chakra to perform a jutsu… during the early years it was mentioned that Sakura was the best user of chakra… she uses only a little amount to perform a jutsu unlike Sasuke and Naruto… given the fact that they do perform the same jutsu would only mean Naturo’s body is more build and he have more stamina than Sakura and Sasuke.


  40. Well i just remembered that kakashi told him that naruto’s chakra is 100x than him not stamina. But, in naruto, their chakra is their source of stamina. If their chakra is depleted they will be exhausted. Since naruto has unlimited chakra becuase of the kyuubi, he can just train and train and train. He can learn faster than others.


  41. Physical Stamina is (Body)… Spiritual Stamina means (Saving chakra)… clearly Naturo does not know how to save Spiritual Stamina because as we said it is almost unlimited… So i tough we were talking about the physical stamina.


  42. Im just proving that because of the Kyuubi in his body and tha talent that he got from the 4th that naruto can learn techniques faster just like the rasengan. Also, the theory that the 4th is naruto’s dad is much acceptable than naruto “is” the 4th. To tell that naruto learned rasengan fast because “he” is the 4th and he is familiar with it already, I say, that would be a bad script writing on the part of the author.

Interesting points both of you got there but Naruto being the brother of the 4th is kinda hard for me to accept, dont know why lol.. @Alkeizer Naruto has the most stamina(supply of chakra) & if he is going to use the Kyuubi chakra, he still neds to activate or draw out its power dats why in the anime, the Kyuubi chakra is color crimson while Naruto is color blue to distinguish the 2.. Also, trying to save Sasuke is wat driving Naruto to be able to learn faster or trying to speed things up, forgot if it was already shown in series but its been told in the manga already @kramer mukhang mas mabilis lng kamay ko at pagpress ng submit k sayo lol

His “mother” isnt shown in the manga yet so most likely it was a fake… @kramer if ever he has a “mother” it would probably be shown after they reveal who his father is, not quite sure about this but Japanese are more male oriented people & they dont really put women more important than males…

  62. @Kramer take note the skill Sandaime used to Orochimaru is “SELF Seal Jutsu” so how can Yondaime be the father of Naruto… so he condemned his own child by performing the “self” skill jutsu to Naruto? you can only use the skill to yourself it’s the sacrifice of the said jutsu when you use the skill the soul of the target will be sealed to your body (refer to Sandaime’s incident)

  65. i see someone revealed the naruto family details before i did. anyway, to add to it, naruto’s mom is a tomboyish red-head and, believe it or not, has practically the same ninjutsu as naruto. now that i think about it, naruto’s mom and dad kinda reminds me of naruto and sakura, at least to some degree.
