Other than the players that came from all over the world, we also had executives and directors from various gaming companies who went to the Ragnarok World Championships. We had a welcome VIP dinner for them at the Tower Club in Makati City. It was there that I got to know Gravity’s CEO – Yong Seuk Kang and the Ragnarok Creator Myung Jin Lee. What’s funny is that most of the executives at the dinner looked very young – and most of them were really gamers at heart. It’s nice to see that the core teams of the various publishing companies know what their market is all about.
