Level Up Rewards Feedback Request

Since I started at Level Up, a lot of you have always asked when we will bring back the Rewards system. A few days ago, we launched the new and improved version and thousands of gamers from Ragnarok immediately redeemed their free items. According to our Project Manager, majority of the players who redeemed really came from Ragnarok so I’m very happy that you guys are using the new and improved rewards system. This is really better because you can instantly get items and you don’t have to bid anymore for it. So… what now?

I want to hear your thoughts on the rewards system. I know that some of you are already thinking that the items in the top tier are too expensive, but please understand that we don’t want you to spend all that money in one go to get those items. That’s insane and you should just patiently save up your top-ups until you reach the item. Here’s one strategy that I got from a i-cafe friend:

“Lahat ng account dito nakalink sa isang MYLU para pag top-up isang account lang kumukuha ng reward points. Mas maganda yun dahil at least solid yung pambili namin ng reward items. Kaya kagad yung mahal.”

While this is a good strategy, be warned guys! If you give your MYLU account away and have it linked to someone else, you might end up getting hacked.

    the fact still remains… gumastos pa rin kami ng ganun kalaki, it doesn’t matter na kung gaano katagal at kelan namin ma-aavail

    babaan nyo naman its way too expensive for us…imagine P 500,000 para lang sa thanatos card


  3. getting those rares thru the rewards program is just plain absurd.. kung gus2 mo ng valk set/IP[1] or thana card, mas makakamura ka pa kung bibili ka sa mga nagbebenta.. I’m not pushing you guys to buy/sell php, just a thought.

    sna meron bago every month unahin nyo na orleans…

IMO it’s either mshadong mahal ung items or ndi ako satisfied sa 500 load ko na 200 rewards points lang nakukuha. there are players like me na nsa p2p server and rarely or never gumasta ng load for rok points and just for gametime. i’ve been a player since 2004 and i’ve got a myLU account since 2006 and ung narecord na 500 loads ko (x2 pa kasi 2 acounts un 500 each) since the inception of myLU only totals into ALMOST 3000 points lang. and yet hanggang bubblegum box lang kaya ko tuloy bilhin.

    i’d wish na sana kung magkano ung load used as recorded in myLU = number of rewards points. pero i guess d na mangyayari un since marami na nakapagredeem ng items with the current point system. so i guess all i can wish for is for the items’ prices (kahit ung mga non-usables lang) to go down.


  7. Money = Power?
    There are positives and there are negatives.(Just reminded me how much money I wasted… I mean spent. Reward points x2.5 = Php spent) Also those high-end items are eyesores. They just frustrate us casual players because we can’t afford them. And plus it gives bot farmers and the rich more power. (Which leads me to the question… Is there any MMORPG wherein you cannot spend your way to the top? Off Topic XD)

    I suggest that reward points could be passed from one myLU account to another so that somehow the pricey items could be afforded too or just take out the pricey items. Or better yet put in 300% BMB’s or x4 Bubble Gums for 5000 reward points a piece.

  10. Well, it’s ok, I guess, but really the later items are too expensive esp. Thanatos Card 200k points O_O

  12. Suggestion: make a dynamic reward system. Add/remove items every month or two. :) We’ll have something to look forward to, in that case. :)

    Taasan yung rewards points na binibigay. Unrealistic na yung THanatos card, there won’t be a Ragnarok Online 30 or so years from now


  14. Medyo mahal nga mga bosscard. Pero mas ok na yon kesa mura and maraming maka kuha. Isipin mo Sinx/Thanatos card nasa around 50k rewards lang. I’m sure meron maka kuha nun mga cards nayon. They will rule the server.

    Sana mga new headgear nalang idagdag nila sa rewards or items na di nakukuha sa hypermart.

    Ito rin po sana ang gusto kong isuggest:

    Litaw po sa mga usapin na nagmumukhang tindahan ang Rewards System kung saan ang mga tinda ay binibili o for sale at hindi po ‘yung definition ng Rewards System kung saan ginagantimpalaan ang mga masusugid na subscribers.

    Kung titignan din natin, ‘yung mga items na may matataas na presyo ay mahirap ding maacquire in-game. Ilang tao ba ang kinakailangan para makapatay ng Thanatos (except kung gagamitin ‘yung MVP Bug)? Sa tingin ko po, ganoon din po sa rewards system. ‘di isang account lang ang kinakailangan para makakakuha ng points na gagamitin panredeem ng Thanatos Card.

    Sa tingin ko rin po, dahil sa pababang populasyon ng Commercial servers at “kakaibang” economy kaya po tingin ng iba ay dapat achievable o kayang bilhin dapat ang SINX at Thanatos Card.


  16. hmm I suggest taking out those rare items and replace them with a box that would either give a random usable cash items and another box that would give a random headgear cash item each with their own respective reward points

  18. sir wauks ang napansin ko lang dun sa reward system na site, wala syang link back to myLU..

    pag naglogin ka ng myLU mo then nagclick ka papunta sa rewards (which will prompt you to input you myLU user/pass), and then you logged out of the rewards site, naiiwang nakabukas yung myLU mo.

    baka maraming mahack na myLU dahil dito. baka kasi akala nung iba pag naglogout ka na sa rewards, logout na rin myLU mo. naaawa ako dun sa mga di mashadong maingat, lalo na kung sa shop sila magbubukas ng account. =(

    hope you can do something about this, asap. yun lang, bow!

    ay padagdag na rin ng items.. mashadong mahal yung mga magaganda. yung parang special OBB siguro, random item ang makukuha. or ibaibang klaseng obb per equip type (accessory obb, headgear obb, etc.). :D

  26. sana naman dagdagan yung items sa rewards para mas maraming pagpipilian.

    gusto ko sana yung valk armor kaso set talaga ang nakalagay and you’d have to load 100k php just to avail of the valk set. hayz…

    tidal shoes[1] + wool scarf[1] please… sana isama tong set na to sa rewards.

    at sana rin pwedeng valk armor [1] nalang at hindi set para maka mura pa kami sa top up hehehe.yung tipong pa tinge tinge at hindi valk set… per pc nalang sana.

  28. /e6 Thanatos, Sinx MVP card… /heh sino nga naman ang hindi maghahangad nyan mga cards n yan.. /e4. kaso ang mahal.. so, mag add nalang po sna kayo ng items like WoolScarf and Tidal Shoes.. Pero sna wag naman po sobrang expensive.. Anyways, THANKS A LOT PO!! At least now, we can claim freebies /heh /thx /no1 More Power Sir Wauks.


  29. This is better than the previous one. Ice cream for reward points or a set of equips or hypermart items for that heh
