i ahve downloaded and reinstalled the pRO installer twice yet i can’t still conncect to the games…i can’t also access the mylevelup page and the ftp site of level up…

we did plan on putting party poppers on the cannons as an effect, however we were not allowed to use the poppers. same with the poring emperor…
