Level-up! Games Corporate Planning Session
The management team of Level-up! Games Inc. went on their annual marketing & sales planning seminar last September 17-18, 2007. It was held in Casa Blanca, Tagaytay City so you can only imagine how cold it was there. When we first got there, we were really excited because the venue was so nice. It had an overlooking view of the Taal Lake, and there was even an infinity pool facing the dormant volcano! However, little did we know that the closest we could come to swimming is being drenched by the rain, hehe.

Casa Blanca offered a stunning view of the Taal Lake. But even before the lake, there’s a very relaxing sea of green. If I wake up to something like this every morning, I think I’ll live much longer simply because it literally sucks all the stress out of your body.
Here’s a picture of the actual house that we stayed in. It was really huge! It had more than 8 bedrooms, a den, kitchen, dining area, lanay, infinity pool, and a balcony that let’s you get up close and personal to the forest area and the taal lake view.
Other than the Brand Managers, all the Level-up Executives were also present. Here’s a picture of some of the top honchos of the premiere online gaming company in the Philippines. From left to right, that’s Chief Operating Officer Pet Syling, Perfect World Brand Manager JP Pelayo, Level-up International Operations Director Jason Manlapig, ICT Head Paolo Pao, and of course - our lovely CEO, Jane Walker.

As much as I would want to say that I had fun and I actually got to relax, the planning session was nothing but exhausting. On the first day we stayed up until 5:30AM working on the presentations. We woke up at 8:30AM and did our presentations and defense. At least it was productive, hehe.

wee… wala yan sa tindi ng lamig d2 lapit na kasi winter time hahaha!!.. i miss phil. amf sobra … kelan kaya ako maka2pag-bakasyon jan? hmph.. mga ilang pips po kaya i accomodate nan??

OT lang. Since last night at hanggang ngayong umaga di na naman maka-connect ang mga IFP. :(…….Sana magkaroon ng lugar kung saan makakapag-report ang mga IFP tungkol sa nangyayari sa connection nila para di laging OT.

aw pool sa tagaytay? anu yan warm water nasa pool hehehe…. ganda ng place… OT - I think (not sure) the disconnection had something to do with agit lord site scoring update… because almost everytime they update… we get disconnected… may be coincidental.. not sure.

@mYruz: Yup we talked about it. Someone is assigned to come up with a comprehensive rewards program that will involve other companies na rin. I’ll give more updates on that when I get word. ^^

sobrang lamig ng pool sa tagaytay… nagswimming na ako sa isang cottage dyan grabe, di ako makatagal ng 5 minutes.. at pag ahon ko, bwiset, humangin pa! kaya ayun mangatogngatog ako pag balik ko sa room… buti na lang may heater yung shower… wahahahaha around late august na yun.. waheheh
