I can’t recall Chi Chi being sooo… aggressive in the Dragon Ball animation series. In the movie, Chi Chi was all over Goku, and she was wearing really provocative clothes. Hell, in all of their intimate encounters in the movie, Chi Chi was the one who initiated everything, hahaha. If anything, Jamie Chung does an excellent job of playing a seductive and temptress version of Chi Chi.
