Honda Jazz 2009 Unveiled
I went to the motor show at the World Trade Center last Sunday afternoon with Mich and my friend from Church, Bu. The show was mainly about Hybrid Cars but one of the main draws was the unveiling of the Honda Jazz 2009 model. I recently just bought a Honda City 2008 and I couldn’t help but feel a little sad that I didn’t just wait it out for a few months so I could have gotten the new Honda Jazz instead, lol. I managed to take several photos of the new models as well as take down notes on the prices and specs. They released three versions and all of them are within P700K-P800K price range.

HONDA JAZZ 2009 PRICE LIST
Here’s the official price list which I got from the flier:
1.3 S MT P707,000
1.3 S AT P747,000
1.5 V AT P797,000
Not bad if you ask me. The 1.5 Liter has a maximum output of 120PS @ 6600rpm with a maximum torque of 14.8kg.m @ 4800rpm. The 1.3 Liter has a maximum output of 100PS @ 6000rpm while the maximum torque is at 13kg.m @ 4800rpm.
HONDA JAZZ 2009 INTERIOR
The interior reminds me of the Honda Civic combined with the Honda City. I love the control panel on the dashboard. I really looks modern, sporty, and hip. This car was definitely designed for young professionals as the primary target market. Oh, it’s also actually very roomy and spacious inside. I can stretch my legs all the way - and that’s a big thing since I’m a big guy, lol.

Personally, I prefer the Blue color. Then again I’m biased since I studied in Ateneo for 16 years. Lol.

Nagsuggest ako sa thread mo before na iconsider yung lalabas na new jazz. tapos next year may lalabas ng new model ng honda city. anyway kya mo naman isell yan tpos buy ng new.

Napansin ko lang na walang 1.5L M/T ang Jazz at City puro A/T. Sa ibang bansa tulad ng USA mayroon silang Honda Fit (Jazz version) 5 speed manual transmission. Hindi ba pwedeng lagyan ng 1.5L M/T ang philippine version? Para sa akin na Honda user (Honda Civic), M/T makes a car more sporty feel at mas tipid sa gas. What can you say sport car fans?
