Since we’re talking about cars lately, might as well discuss some of the accessories I use while I drive. If there’s one thing I can’t live without these days it’s my iPod Nano combined with the iTrip. I travel daily from Quezon City to Makati and the rush hour traffic is just insane. I spend hours everyday on the road and the repetitive boring shifting of gears while watching the car in front of you move ever so slowly can just drive a man crazy. The iPod is my only solace from this since I’m able to keep myself occupied by listening and sometimes singing along to my favorite songs.

Since I use the iPod a lot to shuffle through songs, I looked for a way to integrate it to my usual driving as opposed to getting it from the dashboard. I found this really handy iPod clip which I put on the steering wheel. It’s actually very effective since I just slide in the iPod with the iTrip and then shift through the songs while driving.
For the actual songs I usually listen to a lot of alternative rock and pop music in the morning and I wind down the day when driving home by listening to a lot of classics, jazz, and blues. There is not a day that goes by that I don’t listen to songs by Sting.

i don’t know but something tells me that having an ipod on and listening it on earphones is similar to having calls while driving… and a lot of people say it’s dangerous. i would agree as well. i’d rather have the car stereo… tutal sau naman ung sasakyan eh so you’re the boss. haha.
