I’m happy to inform everyone that the programmers from Gravity arrived today in Manila from Seoul, South Korea. They will be working here until they resolve the issues that have been hounding Philippine Ragnarok Online for the past weeks – especially the connectivity and disconnection problems of Valkyrie Server! This has been a thorn on our side since we launched Valkyrie and it’s about time that this gets finally fixed.
In the coming days, they’ll start out by evaluating all the hardware and program applications of the game. After that, they’ll know the problem and work on it until it gets fixed. I can’t promise yet a definite timeline but I can assure everyone that Gravity is giving their 100% to solve the problem.
I’ll try to get pictures of them on Monday when I get back to the office so I can show them to you guys. Maybe if you see them on the street you can give them some food or something to encourage them to work double time, hehe (labo ampf).
Anyway, I’m off to Bataan this weekend. I’ll be back Sunday afternoon. Hope everyone enjoys their weekend! Cheers!

Good Luck! for them but F2P is the source of all these problems. Just made things easier for the hackers coz they have nothin to loose and everything to gain. Those programmers would be better off touring the country with the other tourist.

Mr Ople we are having a really hard time playing in Valhalla ever since you guys rammed that awful server down our (Thorens’) throats.
•lag begins (always) at 8:00am and ends (always) at 11:00pm, no matter how many players are logged in. Common sense will say that this has nothing to do with population. Last new year’s eve we had a population of 700 at around 11:45, NO LAGS. It is, however, laggy, even with just 600+ players anytime between the mentioned times.
•We Thoreans also experience disconnection problems, especially during sieges. My guildmate’s account got suspended just because it got dc’ed almost 50 times in 1 hour, the system thought her account was in soulless (BOT) mode.
•Any chance you can get the Koreans fix up your Customer Service guys? If there are bots in the real world, your guys are. All they do is cut-and-paste from a template seldom providing at least a partial solution to a problem.
•And like Lola Artemis said, we were promised that the rachel sanctuary will be left open. It is only open for us who did the quests back during the (much preferred) Thor days. Also, you guys still owe us 2 skill points each for our acolyte characters who lost the Teleport skill after the forced server migration.

Sir Wauks, a bit OT but please check moonlight ring effect, it says +3% to aspd and I have around 167 base aspd w/ katar and 174 base aspd w/o any weapons, w/ a Katar, 3% of the 167 base aspd should yield a +5 in aspd but when I equip it, it only gives +1 aspd >__<

@all :: grabe..i think a virus attacked level-up this time kc of all the problems happening not just in the valkyrie realm but also in the commercial realms. imagine ah, eversince valk came in, problems occur and worse, when thor became valhala, things really get complicated REAL BIG TIME… not to mention the dozens of bugs found on the game script X_x..major bummer… i REALLY hope gravity will be able to fix all of this and in the end, compensate us all. mas kawawa ang commercial servers kc its P2P…sayang ang time (mas lalo na ang running time 1wik or 1month load)
