First, let me thank all of you for supporting Grand Chase during the first day of CBT! Thousands of Filipino gamers rushed to play the game yesterday which primarily caused the slow patching that you guys experienced. However, now that most of the initial testers already patched, there should be no major problem moving forward. I know you have a lot of comments about Grand Chase and we’re currently working on getting the forums up at the soonest possible time, so watch out for that one. Moving forward, let me just explain what the CBT is. The CBT is TESTING – and that means that you’ll experience a lot of bugs and even patching problems. If you encounter any of these bugs, send a report so we can fix them. You can e-mail play-grandchase@levelupgames.ph and you can also leave a comment here and I’ll forward it to the team.

Your participation in reporting these bugs is crucial to the success of Grand Chase in the Philippines. Please make sure to always send in reports so we can fix them prior to OBT sometime in November. You can get more valuable information about GC in the GC FAQ Post which I made yesterday.
