I’ll be flying out to Cebu next week to join Level Up and SMART BRO in celebrating the annual Sinulog Festival. I’m really excited since this will be my first time and I’ll finally be able to see what the Sinulog is all about. I’ve been hearing a lot of raves about it, well and some rants but mostly about the heat during the parade. Thank God for tents, hahaha.
