To those who don’t know – maintenance is scheduled tomorrow (Thursday) because of some upgrades that we need to do collectively with the other brands. So instead of having two days of maintenance, we’re going to go with just one tomorrow. Thursday is actually a big day because that’s the cut-off date for the RWC Agit Lords tournament. That means that the top 4 guilds per server will fight one another to determine the Server Champions who will move on to the RWC Tournament. We’re going to come out with an announcement for the complete mechanics of the server eliminations for RWC later today. What else will happen tomorrow? Read the full update after the jump.
ADDITIONAL 4 SLOTS
Finally, the additional 4 slots will be implemented for all servers. This includes Thor and URDR. You can start filing tickets for manual transfer next week and it will be processed daily. Since we can’t anticipate the volume, it might take a while before we can actually move your characters into one account. Take note that the transfer only applies to accounts that were split during ther merge. It does not apply to different accounts that were created by players. Don’t bother sending bogus tickets please because that will just delay the legitimate requests from players affected by the merge.
SERVER OPTIMIZATION
Servers will be optimized, especially for Freya and Thor. We’ve been getting a lot of complaints from players from these servers lately and we will do our best to eliminate the lag, especially in the Luina and Payon zones. If there is still no improvement by Thursday’s siege, please leave a comment here so we can quickly adjust.
I still owe you guys the Chaos Compensation and the official dupe update (RO Site), which should be both announced and processed within the week. There’s been so much going on lately and I still don’t have a friggin Assistant. Let me just rant a bit because it’s really hard handling both Ragnarok and Ragnarok 2 at the same time, hehe. I haven’t been posting about what I’ve been actually doing lately because it’s confidential (for RO2 and our tie-ups) but you’ll start to see the projects materialize soon.
