I just got back from a very long meeting with Gravity (again XD). I’d like to thank everyone who pitched in their ideas and comments to make the Server Merge process better. This is a good way to refine the projects, and I’ll try to have draft mechanics of major programs up here for everyone’s criticism first. We usually do FGDs, but apparently posting it here is better. Now regarding the Server Merge, I was able to convince them to make some changes but sadly we won’t have everything that we want. There is still a risk that people will get split accounts. Read on to see the update.
CHARACTER SLOTS
Approved. Best scenario is 9 character slots open. Worst case is 7. Don’t worry, we’re pushing for the 9 slots because it makes life easier for everyone and it reduce the churn rate brought about the complex details of the server merge. This is one of our priorities.
KAFRA STORAGE
Denied (T.T). According to Gravity – only kRO has 600 Kafra Storage. All other countries have the 300 client. If anyone here can show me a country that has a 600 Kafra Storage other than Korea, that would be really helpful when I make my case again on Wednesday. I already have some people checking the various RO sites if this was implemented in other countries but it’s better if everyone tries to check their sources.
NAME CHANGE
Possible. We’re at 50% sure that we can have something like this. It will be limited to 1-2 characters per account though and it will be FREE. We are restricting the name change to a number of characters to avoid potential abuse/scamming.
OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT
Once the mechanics are finalized, we will have two weeks lead time before we implement the merger. There is a big possibility that the merge might be moved to 1st week of May. Hopefully we can finish everything before Wednesday.

Dear Sir. Wauks,
I would like to recommend the Kafra Pin to change or persue its new password. Regarding of the items inside it. My playing server is at Sarah. But it is good thing that you reset the kafra password cause of there are a merging servers and this for example:
my kafra pin in Iris is: 000523
my kafra pin in lydia is: 001523
and lastly my sarah: 1111
In this recommendation i hope you can reset the kafra password because several people are complaining because of Kafra Password Retreaval and Thier e-mail so they can’t delete one of there characters….(Regarding your staff thank you for your support in us and I hope you all can still follow your unending happiness with us may you be bless with god and still ROCK ON)/tnx

Personally, ayoko ng changing of names, baka magkamali ako ng type at baka may gumaya, mahirap na…
Question lang po:
wala po bang mangyayari sa items na nakasuot sa chars or nasa inventory?? hindi po kasi kasya ung items sa kafra strogae ko, kaya ginawa kong taguan ng items yung cart at inventory ng ws ko.

correct me if i’m wrong but i believe kRO or ragnarok online korea has over 300 item storage limit is it true ?? di ako mahilig magbasa e anyways…… ilan po ba ang storage limit? 300 or 600? but us RO players would appreciate it if we had double the present storage limit. or maybe triple

Its already april 25, yet, no merge yet. We, the pRO players are all hoping that by May 11, the server merge will “Finally come True”… :heh: ….
after the merge, will there be LAGS?? (i think so…but i HOPE none..)

Regarding Character names:
For example, I have an enemy in PvP and he/she will intentionally copy my name? If it will be on a first come first serve basis, what if the real owner wouldn’t be able to rename his/her characters first? *sob sob* For my case, in pvp, it’s all about protecting the name and reputation. Identity theft is a big pain in the ass.
It sucks if someone would copy someone’s name and the real owner can’t use it anymore T_T
