I’m currently having the Ragnarok Community Manager make an official announcement about the rebirth bug that’s been plauging the main servers for the past week. Basically players aren’t able to transcend after reaching 99, and it’s a big problem because the main reason why you level is to transcend and to get all the skills of the rebirth jobs. Now that we have the dupe issue under control, we can now focus on other problems like this one. Just so you guys know, we’ve already escalated this to Gravity for a patch fix. However, it will probably take them weeks just to get it ready so we’ve made a support program just so that everyone can transcend ASAP.
To those affected, please file a ticket and make sure to include the following information: Username, Character Name, Server, What 3rd Job, and add a screenshot of your bugged character as well. Once the GMs verify your ticket, they will manually transcend your character using the GM Tool. Please take note that this will take a few days to process, especially since the GMs are currently cracking down on the dupers. I’ll edit this post to add the link to the announcement once it’s up on the RO website.

Well i already submitted a ticket nung Wednesday and luckily it contains all the info na kelangan that you specified.
