There have been rumors going around that the Ragnarok Philippine Championships for this year will be postponed to sometime July or even postponed. I’d just like to set the record straight and give you guys a sneak peek into the biggest online gaming tournament in the country. RPC 2007 will kick off next month two weeks after we do the Server Merge. You’ll only have two weeks to familarize yourselves with your new “server mates” before hell-on-earth begins. What are the components of RPC 2007? Will we see RWC 2007? What’s at stake? Read on to find out.

- Freya (Sarah, Iris, & Lydia)
- Tyr (Odin & Fenrir)
- Urdr
- Sakray
- Thor
That’s a grand total of six servers all gunning for the elusive title of being RPC champion. We’re still working out the prize for this year so I can’t really say yet what’s at stake – but I’m kinda sure it will be a hefty amount of cash and in-game items similar to the Emperor’s Crown.
COMPONENTS
- Server Champions (Agit Lords & Wild Cards)
- Area Champions (Internet Cafe-based tournament)
It’s quite simple actually – Agit Lord winners will fight Wild Card winners to determine the Server Champion. Area Champions will have their own tournament tree and it will have 1 North and 1 South Champion when it ends. All 6 Server Champions and the 2 Area Champions will face off in a 8-team bracket style tournament. The quarter finals will be held at Level-up LIVE which will happen sometime October-November.
WHAT’S DIFFERENT THIS YEAR?
Well – suffice to say we will be having more twists for this year’s RPC. The Agit Lords tournament will be one of the most rewarding and talked about in-game event in the history of Ragnarok Online. If you want to get an idea on what the new mechanics are, you might want to read up on what’s been happening at the Sakray Agit Lords. I believe the complete mechanics are posted at the Ragnaboards and at the official pRO website.
As the days go by, I’ll be sharing more and more stuff about RPC 2007. I’m currently negotiating with Korea for possible tie-ups with other countries so there’s actually a possibility that we can add an international flavor to our tournament this year. Last time this happened, it was way back 2004 during RWC.
So there you have it, RPC 2007 is real and it’s coming.

Is it Possible To add Free Items again for 350Load or 100load??
Im Feeling abit down since Most of Us cant reallly afford 350RO Load just for a game when we still have some other priorities

napapangitan kami sa agit lords ng sakray. mas ok pa rin ung magpapataba ng agit then dedepensa, at susugod ang iba para sa multiplier. lalong mawawalan ng gana magdefend ang mga guilds. magiging last minute na lang lagi ang offense pag katulad sa sakray ung scoring. :sux:
