It’s tuesday today so that means tomorrow is maintenance day! As usual, I’m here to give you guys a glimpse of what will be applied to the Ragnarok Online servers. By the way, let me just remind you to contribute to the discussion at the most recent Server Merge Mechanics post. CALL TO WAR EXP MODIFIER!
With the Server Merge and Ragnarok World Championship looming, we’ve requested Gravity for a 2x EXP modifier and it will be implemented on May 2 until May 9. If all goes well, Thor should be on 2.5x and URDR should be on 4x. Sakray should be on 40x EXP. Commercial servers will be on 2x. Why the EXP? It’s time for you guys to train your characters for the biggest war ever in the history of Ragnarok Online. RWC 2007 is coming, and there’s nothing stopping it.

HYPERMART SALE
Field Manuals and Bubblegums will be on 50% sale. This is part of the compensation package for Chaos due to the technical problems encountered 2 weeks ago. If Gravity approves, we will have a lesser discount rate for all other servers as well. Stock up on Field Manuals and get up to 3x on May 2-9!

WAUKSTER BLOG CONTESTS
I’m giving away Ragnarok Online merchandise and free in-game items on this blog starting Wednesday. To join, you’ll need a blog of your own so better make one now. Mechanics will be posted on Wednesday evening. The prize for the first competition will be a Memory of Ragnarok OST which I will have the GM Team autograph. I’ll even mail it to you if you can’t pick it up here at Level-up Games.

You guys can also expect more announcements on the Midgard Police program and of course – the Server Merge final mechanics.
