I guess this blog became a second Ragnaboards because the bandwith limit suddenly popped – which caused the website to go down for a few minutes earlier. I’d like to thank Maribel from Greymatterunlimited, the company that hosts this site, for giving me additional bandwith. Anyway, I’d just like to take a crack at breaking the negative atmosphere by putting forward some more interesting news about the Server Merge. I’ve confirmed most of the details already with Gravity and I have with me the final mechanics. I just need to add one more section about guilds with the same name and this is good to go. Read on!
I. SERVER NAMES & DATE
The following servers will be anytime between May 11-16, 2007. The final date will be announced when we put it up on the official RO website. The maintenance will be 12 hours long and all servers except for Thor and Urdr will be down. The merging servers will be renamed into the following:
• Chaos & Loki – Baldur
• Odin & Fenrir – Tyr
• Iris, Sarah, & Lydia – Freya
II. MAJOR CHANGES
• Character slots will be increased to 9 from 5.
• Characters with duplicate names from other servers will have prefixes attached to their names after the merge based on their server (first 2 letters of their server).
• Agit ownership and economies will be reset.
• Goldy Item Seal Quest will be reset.
• Job class rankings will be reset.
III. SPLIT ACCOUNTS – CHARACTER SLOT LIMIT
If a player’s account has more than 9 characters total from any of the merging server groups, his/her account will be split into two. The second account will be the same user name except that it will have the number 2 at the end. The second account will have the same password as the original account and it will be unlinked to the player’s My Level-up Account. The remaining top-up and Rok Points will only be credited to the original account. The newly created account will have no game time or rok points.
This is an example of a split account situation:
Carlo owns the account carloroks with 4 characters in Chaos, 3 characters in Loki, 5 characters in Odin, and 5 characters in Fenrir. The total for the Baldur Server is 8, while the Tyr Server is 10, and Freya 0. Since in Tyr he will exceed 9 characters, his account will be split into two. His second account will be carloroks2.
This is an example of a successful merged account situation:
Carlo owns the account carloroks with 4 characters in Chaos, 3 characters in Loki, 5 characters in Odin, 4 characters in Fenrir, and 3 characters a piece in Sarah, Lydia, and Iris. His total character account per merged server is as follows: Baldur (4 Chaos + 3 Loki = 7), Tyr (5 Odin + 4 Fenrir = 9), and Freya (3 Sarah + 3 Iris + 3 Lydia = 9). He will have all of his characters under his original account of carloroks.
Another example of a split account situation:
If player erwin has 5 characters in Chaos and 5 characters in Loki, the split will look like this:
5 chars(Chaos) in first account/ 5 chars(Loki) in second account
IV. SPLIT ACCOUNTS – KAFRA STORAGE LIMIT
If a player exceeds the Kafra Storage limit of 300 for any of the merging server groups, his/her account will be split into two. The second account will be the same user name except that it will have the number 2 at the end. The second account will have the same password as the original account and it will be unlinked to the player’s My Level-up Account. The remaining top-up and Rok Points will only be credited to the original account. The newly created account will have no game time or rok points.
This is an example of a split account situation due to Kafra Storage Limit:
Mich owns the account michroks with 150 items in her Kafra Storage at the Chaos Server, 200 at the Loki Server, 50 at Fenrir, and 50 at Odin. Her total storage numbers per merged server are: Baldur (150 Chaos + 200 Loki = 350), Tyr (50 Fenrir + 50 Odin = 100), and Freya 0. Since her Baldur account exceeded the 300 limit, her account will be split with a new username of michroks2.
Another example of a split account situation due to Kafra Storage Limit:
If player erwin has 5 characters in Chaos and 4 characters in Loki, but the total storage item count for both servers is more than 300 the split will appear like this:
5 chars in first account/ 4 chars in second account. Chaos kafra will go to 1st account/ loki kafra will go to 2nd account
V. GAME TIME AND ROK POINTS
If the account is split into two, the original account with the older server sets will get the Rok Points and Game Time.
This is an example of game time/rok points being credited to the account with older servers:
Monet owns the account monetroks which is split into two: monetroks and monetroks2. Her Game Time and Rok Points will be credited to her first account – monetroks. This account will have the older set of merging servers.
VI. NAME CHANGE
All characters will have one name change option for free. There will be no premium items that will enable characters to change names again in the future. Players will only have 2 days to do the name change or get stuck with their name FOREVER.

bkt ganun yung MYLevelup top-up page.. ngload friend ko ng 1 wik dis day tas ok nman yung card.. kaso nung i-add n yung credits sa account n llgyan, succesfull pero hnd ngbago yung game time nya.. imbis n mdagdagan yung days, wlang ngbago.. tas wla rn dumarating n msg sa inbox, wlang msg n ng-add k ng credits at use credits.. pero sa credit history, meron nman.. ano b yan!
