As most of you know, several map zones in the Chaos server have been fluctuating since we brought it up last Saturday morning. I’ve been collecting most of the reports that I’ve been getting and I’ve called in several times already so that the IT Team can address the issue accordingly. They’ve been coordinating with VITRO to restart the various Zone Maps and it should be up within the next hour or two. However, I have a bad feeling that the zones will be unstable until tomorrow afternoon (Monday). I’ll be in a better position to coordinate with the involved parties tomorrow and I’ll be able to post more definite updates by then.
With regards to game time compensation, I’ll let you guys know by tomorrow evening as well. While the Ragnarok Game Manager works on stabilizing the server tomorrow, I’ll be focused on getting that game time you’ve been asking for and I also have several conference calls with Gravity so that we can try to minimize things like this happening again in the future. It’s been really hellish for everyone, and hopefully tomorrow will be the final day that we encounter technical problems for Chaos.

i have questions and been meaning to get answers from levelup, sorry if this is not the right place to brought this up but i would certainly be satisfied if i hear answers from you sir.
i already filed complaints with customer support with ticket nos
6z2gn and au6t4. my question sir is that is it possible to unlink my
username from my original mylevelup account “pulubelangako” because i mistakenly
change the security profle to always ask the secret question and unfortunately simply forgot the answer. what i am suggesting is that i create another mylevelup account and link my one and only
username account “mrbisoy”. i would like to take advantage of the times 2 experience but due to the said problem i cannot.

you can actually use this as leverage against gravity… LU stands to lose income because of all the kinks we’re experiencing now thus gravity should be amenable to any compensation package LU wishes to implement like 1 month modified exp and drop rate…

just want to know if we are looking only to game time compensation? approve n b yung mod exp compen din? just like what i have read on RB. If ever we ahve gametime compen, based on previois game time compen, the ones with load did not get this.. hopefully, we can adjust our game time accordingly.. just a thought..

i think it be better if a doubled drop rate be included as compensation because, lots of harvesters has been really affected..
