Since the Server Merge, we’ve been monitoring the performance of the servers. Over the weekend, I’ve recieved text messages, calls, and e-mails complaining about the latency. This peaked today during siege time wherein players could hardly move due to the crippling lag. I just want to assure everyone that we are aware of the problem. We anticipated something like this mainly because of the new server set-up, and we made the necessary changes by adjusting our server hardware. Obviously, we need to add some more. Anyway, I’ve already asked the IT department and Gravity to come up with a new set-up with more servers for each map zone. This will cost a lot but there’s no point in running an online game that lags. We will apply the new set-up on Thursday during scheduled maintenance.

Kuya Wauks, please have the servers re-checked, cause there is absolutely NO improvement in the lag situation. Nagoyo ata kayo ng Gravity :swt:

Sir, most of us were hopeful when u mentioned that LUG will be looking at the LAG problem.
But after this maintenance, wala pa din po improvement. RPC starts this sat with these conditions, paano naman namin ma eenjoy yan kung 5-10 seconds delay each command mo?
