It’s 10:45 AM, Saturday. I’m here at the Level-up office preparing for the ROK’OMANIA event which will be held at Robinson’s Pioneer later at around 2PM. I actually have the box of Ragnarok OST’s which we will be selling sometime after lunch. As I’ve said in my earlier post, we will only be selling 40-50 copies. I’ll try to get some pictures while I’m at the event so I can post them here later tonight. Anyway, I’ve been getting a lot of complaints about the lag since we did the merge. I need your help so we can isolate where the problem is. According to ICT and Gravity, the lag is mainly because of the birth pains of the new servers, however I’m not one to believe in something like that, hehe.
Please help out by leaving comments here every so often about the latency. Just indicate if it’s getting worse or better and don’t forget to include your server, map, and time when the latency problems happened. If you can describe how it lags, then that would help too.
Anyway, I’m off to Robinson’s Pioneer. See you guys there!

At the end of the day Level-up ends up paying more for the Merge. We’ve already requested more servers in addition to what we have to support the merge because the number of players logging in are constantly increasing each day. Lastly, it would help to have a little patience. There are hundreds of comments in this blog everyday and I really can’t answer all of you.

with all due respect wauks.. the maps in Tyr went down at around 3pm yesterday.. and what time is it now? is that not “PATIENT” enough?
you knew that after the merge it will be chaos everywhere.. bugs,lags,error…etc..etc but you didnt even try to stop LU from suspending the Customer Support Operations.. if not stop them you could have suggested that it be rescheduled since players would need support now more than ever.

You gotta ask the IT guys to check on the LAG issue since it’s really SOOOO UNBEARABLE…. We only get to enjoy our chars mainly during siege hours and now none of us can do that… We need assurance that this can be fixed after the next scheduled maintenance since if not… RPC would be meaningless
