Gaming: Ragnarok Future Updates - 3rd Jobs (2/5)
There’s a lot more to Episode 12 but I’d like to skip ahead to the biggest news that was released in the Gravity Festival. Episode 13 for Ragnarok Online will feature new 3rd Job Classes! This update has been causing excitement in various Ragnarok Online communities across the world. What’s so different about the 3rd Job Classes? There’s no more transcending after you hit 99 for your 2nd Job. The next step is to take several quests so that your character can change into his or her 3rd Job. The pictures below show the sprites for the Guillotine Cross and the Rune Knight, 3rd Jobs for the Assassin and Knight classes. Yes, they really look kick ass! I can’t wait to see the sprites for the other classes!
There are a lot of rumors going around as to what the 3rd Jobs are for the other classes. For the Blacksmith, people are saying that they can eventually change into Mechanics. Hunters, on the other hand, can change into Rangers. Wouldn’t it be really cool if the Ranger class can actually have a huge Wolf instead of a Falcon? They would look way cooler and meaner that way. If you check the character class sketch below, you’ll notice that the Ranger is sporting a military motiff.
I’ll be sending an e-mail to Gravity to ask more questions about the 3rd Classes. Once they reply, I’ll post it here so that everyone can get a sneak peek on what the future holds for Ragnarok Online. Right now I’m really praying that they give the Rune Knight and Mechanic some cool skills because based from what I’ve been hearing lately, the Assassin Cross is really pawning at the PVP and WoE scenes these days.

Let’s wait and see. I’m still thinking of what to ask! Lol. I’ll try to get a general description of what the 3rd classes are and maybe we can also ask about their PVP skills.

waaaaaaaa taena grabe astig naman ng assasin 3rd job….hahah tamang tama mag 99 na ung sin ko nyhahaha kaso quest na para mag 3rd job amp naman mas matagal un di katulad dati na mas madali…wauks kelan naman ilalabas yang ganyang char…?

It must be at least level 99 Trans to get into 3rd class.

Sir Wauks, sana meron 3rd Classes sa pRO sa 2009 o 2010…
3rd Classes will get additional double HP and SP mod than 2nd Classes.

pro hnd b ms mgnda ung 3rd class n galing ng trans pra complete ung skills at ms mlks..
warlocks will pawn this time having poison property spells and wide screen aoe skills.. ^^

Found the official third job sprites… too bad I can’t find the official sprites for the third alternate jobs… oh well.
